DynaTransit uses Flask and data/ML libraries:
In order to run the Flask web app, python must be installed, and the following command needs to be ran in order to install the necessary packages:
pip install -r requirements.txt
It also uses a HERE Maps Freemium API key which can be gotten here: https://developer.here.com/
