GPU-enabled cloud workstations for 3D Slicer & SlicerMorph

Pre-loaded for 3D morphometrics and biomedical imaging and running on JetStream2, MorphoCloud lets you spin up a full desktop in your browser in minutes — no local setup. Instances are managed entirely through GitHub Issues: Join the organization first, then drive it with commands like /create, /shelve, and /unshelve.

1. Open the Instances page — where everything happens. Seeing a 404? You're either not signed in to GitHub, or you haven't accepted the MorphoCloud invitation yet — check your invitations.
2. Open an instance request, pick a flavor (we advise the default, g3.large), and press the green Create button. That only opens your request — your instance doesn't exist yet.
3. On your new request, type /create in the comment box and press the green Comment button (Enter only adds a new line). The bot shows progress (~10 minutes), then your connection details arrive by email from no-reply@morphocloud.org — check spam the first time. GitHub's own notification emails can be ignored.
