zentropyLabs publishes Project Telos, a public workbench for fourteen connected engines across models, code, graphics, and research. buildlang's receipt schema now seals five computation modes (deterministic, exact-probabilistic, seeded stochastic, Monte Carlo, and budgeted heuristic search) into one tamper-evident chain, at a release-shaped baseline of 1605 passing tests, 0 failing, 11 ignored, and a receipt corpus at 27 of 27. A live demonstration dated 2026-07-29, a local model proposing through a shim and a model-free kernel disposing, both receipts bound into one chain, is documented in an open pull request and not yet merged to main. Flywheel, the accountability engine, passes every tool call through a default-deny capability gate and leaves a sealed receipt: what was allowed, what actually happened, and hashes anyone can re-verify offline. Merged as of 2026-08-03: capability-typed shell admission, a domain oracle registry with three live domains (code, mathematics, and a measurement gate for empirical claims; honest UNVERIFIABLE elsewhere), a model-neutral router with quota failover, a subscription-auth adapter, and session tooling for past verified runs.
