VTO lets employees step away from the workday to volunteer for a cause they care about, with no need to use personal time off. Through our donation matching program, Keystone matches qualifying employee contributions to approved charitable organizations \u2014 doubling the difference our team is already making in their communities.<\/p>\n          <p>It\u2019s a simple way we put our values into action, alongside the people who live them every day.<\/p>\n        <\/div>\n      <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n  <\/section>\n\n  <!-- OUTREACH HISTORY -->\n  <section>\n    <div class=\"mv-wrap\">\n      <div data-mv-reveal=\"\">\n        <h2>A decade of making a difference<\/h2>\n        <p class=\"mv-lead\" style=\"max-width:760px;\">A few highlights from the MaD Department\u2019s community outreach over the years.<\/p>\n      <\/div>\n      <div class=\"mv-timeline\">\n        <div class=\"mv-tl-item\" data-mv-reveal=\"\">\n          <span class=\"mv-tl-year\">Since 2016<\/span>\n          <h4>Ring the Bell \u2014 Salvation Army<\/h4>\n          <p>Every holiday season, Keystone teams head to the local grocery store and ring the bell for charity donations, making a difference for the families the Salvation Army serves.<\/p>\n        <\/div>\n        <div class=\"mv-tl-item\" data-mv-reveal=\"\">\n          <span class=\"mv-tl-year\">Since 2018<\/span>\n          <h4>Project North Pole \u2014 Domestic Violence Project, Inc.<\/h4>\n          <p>Each Christmas, we sponsor families staying at DVPI of Canton \u2014 shopping for their Christmas lists and wrapping every gift so families rebuilding after domestic violence can experience a normal holiday.<\/p>\n        <\/div>\n        <div class=\"mv-tl-item\" data-mv-reveal=\"\">\n          <span class=\"mv-tl-year\">2019<\/span>\n          <h4>Karting for a Cause \u2014 Benefitting Ears to You<\/h4>\n          <p>We hosted a charity GoKart race at High Voltage Karting in Medina, with donations and proceeds going to charity.
