Scheduled maintenances
Emergency maintenance is scheduled on the load balancers of the kz-1 pool on the Cloud Platform from 5:00 p.m. on August 3, 2026, to 8:00 p.m. on August 3, 2026, UTC+3. As part of this work, the cloud load balancers’ amphorae will be recreated sequentially. Due to the master being switched to the backup amphora and back, there will be two brief downtimes lasting up to two minutes each.
From August 4, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. to August 4, 2026, at 9:00 p.m. UTC+3, emergency maintenance is scheduled on the load balancers for the uz-1 and uz-2 pools of the Cloud Platform. As part of this work, the cloud load balancers’ amphorae will be recreated sequentially. Due to the switch from the primary to the backup amphora and back, there will be two brief downtimes lasting up to two minutes each.
Scheduled maintenance on the infrastructure for external network service products will be carried out on 05/08/2026 from 14:00 to 14:15 (UTC+3).
The APIs for the following products will be affected during the maintenance:
- DNS Hosting (actual, legacy)
- CDN
- Domain Registrar
- Let’s Encrypt Certificate Manager
- Email Service
These measures are necessary to enhance the security and stability of the external network service products.

Past incidents
On July 31, from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, emergency maintenance will be performed on the Remote Desktop Services (DaaS) infrastructure.
During this maintenance, the following restrictions will apply:
- ordering and creating new desktops
- hard reboots of desktops via the Horizon client (VM reset operation); soft reboots from the OS will be available.
All active sessions on virtual desktops, as well as new sessions for enabled desktops, will not be affected.
