Investigating - Beginning at approximately 22:00 UTC on 5 August 2026, customers using AIRO may experience slow or failed responses to knowledge-related questions — for example, "What are pub sub limits in Workato?" Affected requests may take significantly longer than usual to return, and a subset may fail to return an answer at all. Recipe building and other AIRO workflows are operating normally. We are aware of the issue and our engineering team is actively working to resolve it. We will post an update as soon as we have more information.
