Microsoft Teams Outage
Resolved - Microsoft Teams Service Restored

Microsoft has confirmed that recovery has been observed across all previously affected Teams meeting and calling scenarios. Following further investigation, Microsoft identified that a recent change associated with ongoing service resilience improvements overloaded traffic management processes, resulting in user impact.

Microsoft has advised that the service is now restored. Users who were participating in affected calls or meetings may need to end and restart those sessions to experience full recovery.

We will continue to monitor Microsoft's service health notifications; however, the incident is now considered recovered

Monitoring - Microsoft has advised that telemetry indicates the impacted Teams meeting and calling scenarios are now nearly recovered. Microsoft is continuing to review the health of the broader service environment, including dependent networking components, to better understand the cause of the issue and determine whether any additional mitigation actions are required.

While service has largely recovered, Microsoft continues to actively monitor the environment to ensure ongoing stability. Further updates will be provided as they become available.

Identified - Microsoft is currently investigating an issue affecting Microsoft Teams meetings and calling services.
Microsoft has advised that recovery is now being observed across the majority of impacted scenarios; however, the incident remains under active investigation while service telemetry is reviewed to ensure recovery is sustained.
Some users may continue to experience intermittent issues with Teams meetings or calls.
We are monitoring Microsoft's updates and will provide further information as it becomes available.

Investigating - We are aware of a Microsoft Teams incident that may be impacting inbound and outbound calling, notification alerts, and the ability for users to join Microsoft Teams meetings.

Microsoft has confirmed they are investigating an issue preventing some users from joining Teams meetings and causing disconnections.
At this stage, the incident remains under investigation, and Microsoft is assessing the scope and impact.
