Led the enhancement of RoundPic, an existing 360° panoramic camera app. With a team of 5 engineers, advanced its AI-based inpainting and stitching algorithms to reduce visible seams in panoramic images, helping grow the customer base 3x in just 2 months.
Directed technical strategy for AI-powered infrastructure inspection. Our VODA system detects building cracks at 0.01mm precision using drone imagery. Represented the company at CES 2023 in Las Vegas, showcasing our drone-based crack detection technology.
Developed real-time traffic monitoring AI for smart city infrastructure. Built detection pipelines using YOLO and DeepSORT, achieving 98% accuracy on multi-CCTV feeds. This research led to 2 international publications.
Contributing to the AI developer ecosystem in Korea through mentoring, content creation, and community building.
Created Codex 101, a bilingual Korean/English practical guide for OpenAI Codex workflows, featured in the OpenAI Developers Showcase.
Connected OpenAI Korea with the IT's Study community to plan a practical learning program, while also hosting Codex meetups, demos, workshops, and onboarding sessions for Korean developers and builders.
Synthesized Korean Codex user feedback from 115 survey responses and 57 open-ended comments into structured DevX insights.
An email interview series about how people are living through the AI transition. I started it to document human stories and emotions around change, not just tactical advice on how to use AI better.

I enjoy spending time in nature, stepping away from screens, and slowing down.
I am interested in earth science and enjoy observing the stars, the moon, and how the sky changes with the seasons.
When an idea comes to mind, I build a small version first and develop it by using it myself.
I photograph scenes from trips and everyday life as a way to preserve the moments I care about.
I read across genres, from technology to essays, to discover new perspectives and questions.
