- Truth is many crypto funds from 2017 and earlier were off the charts on DPI which is why so much institutional capital flooded into “crypto VC.” Many were right place right time, still TBD on whether we can prove to be more than that but we are grinding. There are billions of“Top decile” DPI on a 9 year old venture capital fund is 1.18x. That’s terrible 1confirmation net DPI since we started: Fund I (2017): 7.08x Fund II (2019): 3.25x Fund III (2022): 0.19x
