    Your regular reminder that pretty much all the arguments being made against CA high speed rail - that it’s a boondoggle, too expensive, etc - were made against BART. This is a 1966 @sfchronicle headline. Thankfully we went ahead & built BART. Imagine the Bay Area without it.
