    Tomorrow’s HLP with Immunologist Max Krummel of UCSF addresses (among other things) how psychological memories can reactivate the specific immune state that your body was in when the memory formed. For better or worse. Incredible but also, makes “sense” why this would be.

    Know why there are so many fewer clinical studies of LSD than other psychedelics (not talking ibogaine; that’s another issue)? Because it lasts so long and most lab employees just won’t/can’t stay that long. Seriously.

    The whole body MRI thing is controversial for obvious reasons. It’s costly & there are a lot of false positives. But I have neurosurgeon friends who tell me they do life-saving surgeries *every month* b/c people got full body MRI merely b/c they curious & found operable issues.
