The server came back and we were able to capture. The embassy staff were very empathetic and helpful to us. I still desire a smoother systmem that helps applicant plan their journey more appropriately.

- The server is back for the embassy in Lithuania. It doesn't change the fact that applicants should be notified if something like that happens. How about a status page? Or a short notices on NIS page?@nigimmigration What is happening to your system? Without any form of public notification biometric capture is impossible for about 2 days and you didn't inform embassies nor make a public notice. Travel are waste, jobs affected, kids are under huge stress. When will it be fixed?

- @gtbank good initiative. However It should be more secure than it is, 1. 2nd factor pass check e.g asking for pin again when generating otp. 2. Refreshing token should not extend the time. 3. When the app is no longer on foreground it should auto-lock. 4.
