- @EurekaForbes have not seen shittier company than you. You guys won't refund AMC amount, won't provide service and whenever asked for status, same rhetoric reply- as soon as possible technician will contact, and that soon is not guaranteed it can be weeks or months. Bullshit
- @EurekaForbes worst service ever I have ever seen. Have been raising issue for service request since 15th Dec, no sign of any technician, ticket keeps opened, and when I call customer care it's escalated, from last 5 days I am just seeing escalation no action
