Apparently T-Mobile tracking preference choices are arbitrarily reset sometime after submitting them, according to many comments I'm reading on news.ycombinator.com/item?id=264036… This doesn't sound legal.

apparently SimpleOptOut should list state DMVs - except that there's no way to opt out from having your photo and SSN sold: law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/18… /cc @kyrstensinema
