Flow está pensado para que esos mismos momentos sean más cómodos, rápidos y fluidos. Hola de nuevo! Hemos desarrollado un sistema pensado específicamente para el terraceo: esos sitios donde quedas para tomar unas cervezas con los amigos. Con Flow, el servicio es más cómodo y agradable para el cliente, y mucho más eficiente para el gestor. 2025 has been a very tough year. A lot of work, a lot of failures, and a lot of lessons learned. But also a lot less noise and much more focus going into 2026. Here’s the recap. January – After a lot of nightmares trying to outsource, Sergio Fernandez and Andoni Sanchez Isturiz started helping us, and we began building seriously. February – We raised a very small amount of money, just enough to reach a proof of concept. March – We ran our first event. Long nights. The product didn’t work the way we wanted, but it worked. April – Padelflow Bilbao, Padelflow Reyno, Lodosa and Padel Team Gourmet Autumn. The product worked, but installation costs were too high. One weekend, we drove for hours to serve in a nightclub where we made 2 euros. There was no one there. June – Trying to survive. We realized that if we kept going in the same direction, Flow would die, so we started to pivot. We did some work for other companies while we defined a new feature: deliver drinks to table. July – Still trying to survive. Three of the best interns we could imagine joined us: Mariana Alvarado-Ortiz Alvites, Alba Mugueta and Marian Rocha. That helped us a lot. August – We launched our own beer while continuing to develop. September – At the very end, we managed to install Flow in Dhilo. (with table delivery). We also decided to shut down the beer project to focus more time and energy on Soma. But we were to slow with product development. October – Back to Madrid. Padel Team Gourmet Grand Slam Autumn worked amazingly well. We doubled the numbers from the previous edition. We focused our efforts on finding a new developer who wanted to join the team full-time. November – Álvaro Rodrigo Acuña Jiménez Alejandro Fuentes Cubells Two amazing full-time developers joined the team. We finally had two clear epics to focus on. December – Flow was installed on 80 tables, with on-site payment and local ticket printing. Two more venues are waiting for installation, and we have very good leads to deploy our QR codes. It has been tough. It still is. But we start this year more motivated than ever and fully committed to our mission: using technology to make social life better. Welcome Alejandro Fuentes Cubells Álvaro Rodrigo Acuña Jiménez 🙌🏻 Since November, we’ve been extremely grateful to have two new remote developers on the team. These two incorporations are key to accelerating our commitment to serving drinks better. Yesterday, we had our first onsite meet in Madrid.

Hola! Oscar Ilundain y yo seguimos en la búsqueda de un desarrollador que pueda acabar siendo co-founder. Es duro. No hay salario al inicio y, a ratos, te quita el sueño. Pero nosotros no lo cambiaríamos por casi nada. Si tienes curiosidad, no dudes en preguntar. Somos gente maja y estaremos encantados de contarte más.

No todos los proyectos nacen en garajes, algunos lo hacen en conciertos. Concretamente, en el que C. Tangana dio en Pamplona hace justo tres años. En todo el espectáculo, David Soler solo consiguió pedir una cerveza.: "Salí con la idea de que había que hacer algo para cambiar eso, lo comenté con la gente y vi que no era solo cosa mía". Así aterrizó en el Centro Europeo de Empresas e Innovación de Navarra CEIN en 2024 y conoció a Oscar Ilundain, que proviene de familia de hosteleros y cuenta con experiencia detrás de la barra.
