    We need a massive change in defense strategy. The Iran War exposed a fatal flaw: the US military cannot sustain a war because we run out of munitions quickly. The entire Pentagon budget needs to be upended with a focus on munitions and sustainment as the first priority.

    Kill switches are a common safety feature across a range of products and machines. AI systems should not be exempt. The bipartisan AI Kill Switch Act by Rep Moran and me is based on a common sense principle: WHEN MACHINES GO OFF THE RAILS, HUMANS MUST BE ABLE TO SHUT THEM DOWN

    This is a very bad jobs report. May and June: Jobs revised DOWNWARD by 103,000. July: LOST 23,000 jobs. Labor force participation is the lowest in over 5 years. November is coming.

    JUST IN: A surprisingly bad job report. The US economy LOST -23,000 jobs in July (way below expectations of +80k). May and June were revised DOWN by a combined -103,000. Unemployment rate: 4.1% ->This went down for the WRONG reasons. Over 260,000 left the labor force Wage
