Giving your coding agent access to Rollbar used to mean one access token per project. The Rollbar MCP server now takes an account access token instead. Set ROLLBAR_ACCOUNT_ACCESS_TOKEN and every project on the account is reachable. Ask it what's breaking in any project without

2/ Silent escalation: no handoff protocol, so the on-call engineer stays stuck for 4 hours instead of escalating at 30 minutes. And the engineer paged at 2am is still expected to ship features at 9am. These are structural problems, not dedication problems.

1/ Three on-call antipatterns that burn out your senior engineers: The hero rotation, where the same 2-3 people always catch the hardest pages because they're the fastest debuggers. You're optimizing for incident speed and paying for it in attrition.
