The problem
You built the product.
Now what?
“The demo video is honestly the most painful part. Way harder than building the actual product.”
“10 prompts in and it was not getting better… spent my entire weekend.”
“Almost 2 weeks, and the cut still wasn't what we wanted 2 days before the launch.”
The solution
A promo video from what you already have.
Your site, your screens, your copy: the hard part is done. Turn it into a teaser, hook, pitch or demo, or all four in one look.

Early users
What the first founders said.
“Woah, this is cool! Got a solid launch video for tap.je/action just by giving my link on demoeditor.com.”
“Wow you did such a good job! Did you make this tool all on your own??”
“It's pretty nice. Seems pretty well made.”
How it works
3 steps.
You only need to do the first.

Done
Behind a login? Add one rough screen recording and the Director cuts the stumbles. Screenshots, a video whose style you like or your repo help too.
Ready to post the first time
Most AI video tools never watch what they make. The Director watches every video before you do and fixes what's off, so you get:
- Every word readable
- Text clear of app buttons
- Your product easy to see
- No blank or frozen moments
- Even sound, no distortion
- A voice-over that flows
- The length you asked for
No re-editing
One video. Ready for every feed.
Posting the same video to TikTok, X and your site usually means editing it three times: a new crop, text moved out from under the buttons, something cut off anyway. Tick where you'll post it and each version comes back ready. Not cropped with black bars, but laid out again for its shape. Preview it under the TikTok and Reels buttons before you post.

Why not just ask Claude ?
Generating a video is easy now. Directing one is the hard part: what to show, in what order, cut from which seconds of your footage, in your brand instead of the default AI look.
a. Make it myself with Claude + Remotion
a weekend and your usage limits, and it comes out in the default AI look: gradients, centred text, everything fades in.
b. Hire a freelancer or an agency
$1,500 to $15,000, 1 to 3 weeks, and every change is another round of email.
Demo Editor
From $49, about 20 minutes to make per video, cut from your real screens, in your brand. Change it by asking.

An edit is a change the Director makes, from a message or a button, and each one is a new version: with 2 edits, a video goes up to v3. Questions are free, and so are changes it turns down or that fail.

Frequently asked
Questions founders ask.
How do I make a product demo video?
Paste your landing page URL and pick a teaser, hook, pitch or demo. For a demo of the app itself, also record yourself doing one real task in your product, start to finish. The Director cuts it into a finished video with voice-over and music. You check the storyboard first and ask for changes in plain words.
How long should a demo video be?
As short as the job allows. A teaser works in 15 to 30 seconds, a hook in 20 to 40, a pitch in 30 to 45, a demo in about a minute. Most people stop watching a launch demo after a minute, so every cut stays inside those limits.
Do I need to know video editing?
No. There's no timeline to learn. Paste your URL, read the storyboard, and tell the Director what to change, the way you'd brief a person.
Can it use my real product, not stock footage?
That's the point. It reads your site, uses your screenshots and cuts your screen recordings, including screens behind your login. It never invents features or results your product doesn't have.
Which languages can the voice-over speak?
Over 80, from English, Spanish and Japanese to Hindi, Arabic and Bahasa Indonesia.
Who owns the video?
You do. Use it on your site, in your launch and in ads, with no watermark.
