A few things to know.
Is the first face report free?
Yes. The free scan gives you a geometry score out of 100 and measured relationships on your device without an account. The complete AI report adds six dimension scores, a total out of 100 and a saved personal plan for $14.79 once.
What happens to my photo?
Free scans stay on your device. When you purchase, your photos and generated concepts are stored privately with your report until you delete it.
Do I need a side photo?
A front photo is required. Either side photo is optional and adds context; we do not score profile features we cannot see.
Can I return to my report?
Yes. Sign in to My reports to revisit your purchased results. Failed generation steps can be retried for free.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Every paid report has a 7-day, no-questions-asked refund. Email contact@getfacereport.com within 7 days of payment for a full refund, even after viewing or downloading your report.
What do the scores mean?
They are photo-based geometric and visual estimates, not objective judgments of your worth or medical assessments. Lighting and pose affect results.
