Update on the subscription cancellation emails:
We've already resolved this with our payments operator, Lemon Squeezy.
It turns out it happened by accident on their side due to a support agent mistake.
Their team is already handling it, and your subscription should be restored
Heads up: some Screen Studio users received a subscription cancellation email from Lemon Squeezy.
We're in touch with Lemon Squeezy and looking into the root cause. This should not affect your access to the app. We'll post an update as soon as we know more.
