Future AI Integration
Nissan has been steadily expanding the use of AI in the development of SDV. In September 2025, the company showcased the driving capabilities of its next-generation ProPILOT system, which offers reliable driver assistance even on complex traffic conditions, including urban roads. The technology is expected to be introduced in production vehicles for the Japanese market in fiscal year 2027.
