 All registrations are personally approved by our friendly Helpdesk team.

Your username to access the Reference Site is the email address you provided during registration. This is usually the email address you use for work.

If you can't remember your password, you will need to use the Forgot Password link to reset your password.

Click the Login button on the top right of the homepage, and underneath the password field and login button, click "Forgot Password".

On the following page, enter your email address and press the "Reset Password" button. You will shortly receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password and login to the site.

If you don't receive a Reset Password email, first check your spam and deleted items folders. If you don't find anything, it's possible that you haven't yet registered for an account. Use the Register button on the top right of the home page to complete the registration page and create an account on on the site.

If you continue to have issues logging in, please contact your Account Manager or our wonderful helpdesk team for further assistance.

New account registrations are approved personally by our friendly helpdesk team. They are usually pretty quick, but it can sometimes take a little while if they are assisting clients.

All our training and support material is available to all our clients. However, please be aware that this site will only contain support material for versions 12.0 and above.

Your login is tied to your current version, so you will automatically be redirected to the most appropriate landing page. You can switch to other versions using the version number indicator on the lop left of the main menu.

If your default landing page does not match your current version, please advise your Project Manager (if you are in the process of an upgrade), your Trainer (if you are in training), or your Account Manager.
