SUMMIT takes place at Talking Stick Resort in Scottsdale, Arizona, in the Valley of the Sun and surrounded by Camelback, Piestewa Peak, and the Usery Mountains. Is this a sales event?
No. SUMMIT is content-first and led by people who’ve done the work. The focus stays on real frameworks, real experiences, and ideas you can use immediately.
Is SUMMIT only for SmartMoving customers?
No. SUMMIT is open to all serious moving company owners and leaders. You don’t need to be a SmartMoving customer to attend. The event is built for people who want clarity, discipline, and a better way to run their business, regardless of what systems they use today.
What should I expect to leave with?
Clear direction on where your business is headed, a practical 30/60/90-day action plan, and relationships with other owners and leaders facing similar challenges.
Where is SUMMIT held?
SUMMIT 2026 takes place at Talking Stick Resort in Scottsdale, Arizona.
When does the event start and end?
SUMMIT runs October 8–10, 2026. Registration opens Thursday, with the main program running Friday and Saturday.
What’s included with my ticket?
Your ticket includes access to all main stage sessions, breakouts, networking events, and on-site experiences during the conference dates. VIP tickets include additional premium access.
What if I can’t attend after I register?
Tickets are transferable within your company prior to the event. If plans change, you can assign your ticket to another team member so your seat doesn’t go unused. Refunds are not offered.
Should I bring my leadership team or staff?
Yes. Many attendees bring key leaders or team members so they can align faster and execute sooner once they’re home. SUMMIT is designed to be valuable whether you attend solo or with your team.
How many people will be at SUMMIT?
We’re expecting 400+ attendees from across the United States and Canada.
Will sessions be recorded?
Select sessions may be recorded. Details will be shared closer to the event. We encourage attendees to be present, as many of the most valuable moments happen in the room.
Is there a recommended hotel?
Yes. A dedicated room block will be available at Talking Stick Resort for SUMMIT attendees. Staying on site keeps you close to the sessions, the people, and the experience.
Are meals included?
Yes. Meals and general food and beverage during conference programming are included with your ticket.
Is there a dress code?
There’s no formal dress code during the day. Most attendees dress comfortably and professionally. On the final night, we’ll host the Best of Movers Awards, and that’s your moment to dress it up. For some, that means jeans and cowboy boots. For others, it might mean a tuxedo. However you show up, show us your best.
How do I apply to speak or lead a session?
Speaker and session applications are open right now. We’re looking for practical, experience-based sessions that deliver real takeaways.
