בחצי השנה האחרונה, קבוצת מנהלים ועובדים ממטריקס, בשיתוף תעסוקה שווה ומשרד העבודה, יצאה למסע התנדבותי עם מטרה אחת: להשפיע באמת על שילוב אנשים עם מוגבלות וליצור מציאות תעסוקתית שוויונית ומכילה יותר. המפגשים עסקו בחיזוק אישי ומקצועי, בהתמודדות עם חסמים, בבניית ביטחון, בהכוונה תעסוקתית ובעיקר – בהקשבה אמיתית ובקשר אנושי בגובה העיניים. לאורך הדרך נוצרו חיבורים משמעותיים, שיח פתוח ולמידה הדדית שהפכו את התהליך להרבה מעבר לליווי – אלא למסע משותף של צמיחה. הפידבקים שקיבלנו מהמשתתפים מספרים הכול: על תהליך שנגע בלב, פתח נקודות מבט חדשות, חידד ערכים ובעל השפעה עמוקה על כל הצדדים בתהליך. זו תוכנית שמזכירה לכולנו כמה כוח יש למפגש אנושי, וכמה שינוי יכול להתחיל ממישהו אחד שמוכן לעצור, להקשיב ולהיות שם. גאווה גדולה להיות חלק מתהליך כזה 💙

🚀 LEVELUP – Transforming Organizational Learning in QMD - DEGANIA I BIOMETRIX I ARTHESYS. Just before closing out 2025, we successfully launched and completed a significant transformation in our organizational learning landscape. In August 2025, we introduced QMD LEVELUP, a strategic LMS program designed to drive a comprehensive digital transformation across both mandatory compliance training and professional development for all employees. We selected the Cornerstone OnDemand HR & Learning Suite, one of the world’s leading platforms, represented in Israel by Matrix. The pilot phase covered all our sites in Israel, with a clear and ambitious goal: ➡️ Migrate all annual mandatory training into a single platform, for frontline employees (manufacturing, warehouses, laboratories) as well as office staff, by the end of 2025. Within just 4 months, the goal was fully achieved: ✔️ 100% completion of mandatory training through the platform ✔️ Full transparency, consistency, and governance ✔️ An inclusive user experience, tailored even for non-desk employees LEVELUP is not just a new system; it represents a cultural shift in how our organization learns, grows, and drives excellence.
