No. clicks.page sets no cookies and stores nothing on your visitors' devices, and never stores IP addresses. Visitors are counted with a hash that uses a salt we throw away every day.
The tracker passes an anonymous session reference through Stripe Payment Links automatically (or through client_reference_id on Checkout). When Stripe tells us about a payment, we credit it to the page, source and campaign that brought that visit. Renewals go back to the original source.
