I help iOS and Android engineers get seen, get into the room and perform when it counts.

A note I have written many times after a technical round is some version of: “solid, nothing stood out.” That does not mean the engineer was weak. The hiring team can only score the evidence that made it into the room, and a strong engineer still looks ordinary when the CV is hard to place, the scope is buried, or a correct answer never shows the judgment behind it.

Most of what I write sits in that gap between strong experience and visible evidence. I have conducted 500+ technical interviews from the hiring side, across screening, technical rounds, live coding, system design and debriefs, and I have spent 15 years building mobile software as an engineer and tech lead.

I write books about the parts of the process candidates rarely get to see, and I build Interview Runtime for engineers preparing for real interview loops. When you want me on the problem directly, the work is written, specific to your target role, and has no calls.
