i think the best form of craft comes with a good balance of being isolated and communicating with the real world. that being said, being in sf might not be the best choice if you are trying to build an outstanding interface and user experience. everyone is making the same thing —
hot take: sidebars are only good for workspace products and are usually better suited to landscape orientation. if your app is designed for portrait view, i advise against using them - use drawers instead.
