   Remove Delete Plugin Action Link
   Removes plugin Deletion action from the Plugin list.

   Replace ‘plugin-folder-name/plugin.php’ with the plugin name you want to remove action for.
   For Ex. 'plugin-folder-name/plugin.php' => 'akismet/akismet.php'
