Async attribute is not removing for logged out users when using Async JavaScript

Hello,

Since a long time, for improving website performance, I am using the Async JavaScript plug-in.
Setting in Async JavaScript plugin is set to load all javascript files in an async manner, but jquery is been excluded as per suggestions.

I want to exclude this “https://js.stripe.com/v3/?ver=3.0” js from async, I have added this js name in the Script Exclusion option of the Async Javascript plugin, but the Async attribute of this js file is removed for only logged-in users. And For logged-out users
the async attribute still remains/ Not removing.

Because of this issue, the UI gets disturbed or not load in the expected manner, which results in a bad experience for end-users.

Can you please help me out to fix this issue?
