Mobile headers not correct when using LiteSpeed and Elementor

I use Elementor Pro. I have only one header template and use it across the entire site. On some pages, but not all of them, the header does not display correctly on mobile. There are no issues on desktop. Those same pages have other styling issues on mobile, but not on desktop. Elementor says it is a LiteSpeed issue and when I turn off the combined CSS function in LiteSpeed the issue is resolved. But I obviously need that function for site performance. I cannot determine why it is happening on some pages and not others, nor why only some headers and not others as the template is the same across the entire site.
