I love how truly raw and real this book was. I feel like she did an amazing job of really bringing together so many great points while really being transparent about the heaviness and difficulty of the topics in this book. Really opening up the journey for that sacred shift. As a fellow Brene Brown fan myself I felt so much similarities in this book to Brene but in her own beautifully cultivated spin on things. I love the spaces for reflection and how the book is truly meant to be a guide to help you through your #SacredShiftJourney whatever that looks like!
I can’t wait to read it again and start digging more in and I look forward to seeing what she comes out with next!

One of the most down to earth spiritual books I have read lately!
I loved this book! Going back too reread parts of it now, I believe it will be one I carry in my bookbag and pull out and reread from time to time to share with other people experiencing a sacred shift..... Crazy cuz this book came out during my own sacred shift, questioning everything I have ever been taught and learning what my truth is.reading this book made me feel like I knew the author🫶 can't wait too read the next one coming out. She has inspired me too maybe write one of my own one day! Five star all the way, easy too read, funny, real- lots of good stuff too reflect on! Adding a picture of one of my new favorite poems from the book
