I eat a plant based high fibre diet, do strength training and walk regularly but my sleep was terrible and my Osteoarthritis was causing me pain in my right hip. I was aware of much of the research into ageing but needed something which brings this all together in an easy to follow way, and this book does it beautifully. I also learnt some new things along the way! I like the easy to follow three week plans which introduces dietary changes such as increasing fibre, gradually, making it less of a challenge to switch to a new way of eating. I will be recommending this book to my clients and friends.
