      If you laptop have a good or medium exhaust system its a pretty good product. it will cool down the pc and the wind from the fans are cooler than room temp.
      But the fans are not too fast, also my upper part of pc gonna heat up soon so it's also depend on you laptop.
      I like the feature that it have 1 extra usb port so if you have few usb ports in laptop you can attach the keyboard or mouse (mouse is not recommended for gaming) it's works pretty well. Dont use the cooler port as a data transfer port its super slow. you can add you keyboard to it the latency is very minimum.

      I used the Zebronics ZEB-NC3300 USB-powered laptop cooling pad with my Dell Inspiron N5050, which tends to get very hot. After using this pad, the heat is much reduced and the laptop stays cooler even during long sessions.

      The dual fans are effective, the blue LED lights look nice, and the dual USB ports are handy. It’s USB powered, so no extra plug is needed. A simple, practical, and affordable way to keep laptops cool, especially older models that overheat.

      Thankfully product not get any damages, working fine, fan speed/cooling is little low. Not recommended for gaming laptops.

      cooling pads are generally not worth it for high end laptops, I realise this later, laptops have their own fan and you just need to give them a little room to breathe and suck air. the fan of a cooling pad is unnecessary, what you truly need is an elevation. the only reason why I rated 5 stars is, my laptop was on this thing and the glass of juice fell on the table. thankfully because it was on this thing the juice didn't spilled on laptop when it started flowing on the table. saved me a lot of money. but if you do have a gaming laptop then this won't do the trick rather get a physical elevation stand instead.
