I have received mine without the pink sleeve around the box. That was a red flag immediately when I saw my orders barcode sticker on top of an old purchase barcode sticker… upon opening the box the robot was already off the mount, there was no charger provided bc it clearly had been used before, the robot refused to charge as well after 24hrs, and there was no plastic protective film over the robots face to tell me I am the first unboxer. 5x its value ($30).
