Awful company to deal with ! Took out a license they made it sound great, that i could pay it monthly then slapped me with the whole amount due. I couldn't pay that amount in full, they took it to court. Ive had sherriff officers at my store, counting up assests even though I keep offering a payment plan amount. They say "they will consider all payment plan offers" absolute no sense! Straight away they rejected it, saying i had to pay this certain amount that just wasn't possible. Months this has gone on and in meantime I pay what I can when I can because im not having them say im making no payments. Be very wary as they are not helpful in trying to help you !! They dont even deserve one star !

The ap performed VERY poorly. I needed FIVE attempts before the order finally confirmed, having gone in and out when I had all but entered everything! Frequent interruptions to my choices offering alternatives of no interest to me were also extremely annoying. The final insult was the packaging. Our Postman commented on it as he delivered it and he was right. As I turned onto the half landing it fell open and the contents fell out!! The pleasure from my Sister's birthday voucher was considerably lessened! I shall not be returning as a Boots online Customer.

recently purchased one of there product pure gold high performance cctv cable, product from Juaa, and I must say the experience has been excellent. I ended up with 2 boxes somehow on my last order so I skipped my up coming month & then when I was due more I was out by a few days. I’ve been using Humantra for over a year now & was skeptical if I just relied on them for the taste although let me tell you I felt it in them few days I didn’t have them & couldn’t wait for my delivery! They came much faster than usual which was handy! Great product I just wish they done the choice of a 30 sachet subscription opposed to 20!!

However, the shipping experience was quite disappointing. Delivery took much longer than expected, and the process was not well communicated. This part definitely needs improvement. Overall, I recommend the product because the bike is great, but the shipping service could be much better.”
