So woke up feeling great about a new job to start, arrived early ready to go - well, after all of that I was told im not on the training roster to begin today. I thought...go figure! I then tried to reach out to my HR rep and still no response. I mean seriously, is this a hoax or what! I have a lot of skills so I had a back up plan but still it so frustrating relying on others ! Ugggh...it will be okay. I know it will.

Mental Well-Being
The more we complain, the more drained we become, because the mind starts carrying the weight of every small irritation. But the moment we become aware of it, something changes. We stop feeding the heaviness. We pause, breathe, and choose not to let one difficult moment poison the whole day. That is where peace begins, not in a perfect life, but in learning how to respond without making everything heavier inside us. @amazingQuotesWorld

Be easy to deal with. One of the simplest ways to move ahead in life is energy the person others enjoy dealing with. Be pleasant. Be fair. Be human. Treat everyone with respect. Avoid arguing, whining, complaining, or gossiping. Smile more. Offer genuine compliments. Hold the door for strangers. Help the elderly with their groceries. Be patient and polite on the road. Make people’s lives just a little easier, and watch how life begins to meet you with the same kindness. Buddhism

Bitter Truth: If you wait until you feel better to start living, you might be waiting forever. Go live your life. Do it sad. Do it anxious. Do it uncertain. Because healing doesn’t always come before the experience. Sometimes the experience is what heals you. Spirit of Buddhism and Science
