The Visitors Code (the “VC”) stipulates the rights and obligations of persons visiting or participating at the conference “BTC Prague” organized by the company Twenty one million s.r.o.
DEFINITIONS OF SELECTED TERMS
Organizer: Twenty one million s.r.o., having registered office at Korunní 2569/108, Vinohrady, 101 00 Prague, Czech Republic, ID No. 172 59 444, registered with the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Czech Republic, file No.: C 369031.
Partner: A legal entity participating in the Conference, which in particular self-promotes itself during the Conference (e.g., Exhibition booth, logo presentation, etc.).
Conference: The “BTC Prague” conference held by the Organizer in the Conference premises from 11th to 13th June, 2026.
Conference premises: The premises of the exhibition hall of “PVA EXPO PRAHA” and adjacent premises, located at Beranových 667, 199 00 Prague, Czech Republic.
Visitor: A natural person with a valid ticket visiting the Conference mainly for personal reasons.
Participant: A natural person with a valid ticket visiting the Conference for professional purposes (Reporters, Staff, Media companies).

1. BASIC PROVISIONS
1.1 Scope of the VC: The VC governs the conduct of all persons present at the Conference premises. Visitors and Participants accept the VC by entering the premises.
1.2 Applicable Law: In cases not regulated by the VC, the laws of the Czech Republic shall apply.
2. BASIC RULES OF THE CONFERENCE
2.1 Prerequisites for Entry: Entry is permitted based on a valid ticket, authorization by a Partner, speaker agreement, or other relevant approval by the Organizer.
2.2 Operating Hours:
11.6.2026: 08:00 – 22:00
12.6.2026: 08:00 – 24:00
13.6.2026: 08:00 – 24:00
14.6.2026: 00:00 – 02:00
2.3 Compliance with Instructions: All persons must comply with the instructions of the Organizer, security service, Police, or fire services. Breach of instructions is considered a breach of the VC.
3. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF A VISITOR
Visitors are entitled to move freely around available areas, visit booths, and participate in activities. They are obliged to follow specific instructions issued by the Organizer on-site.
4. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF A PARTICIPANT
Participants may perform work-related duties. Media companies and Reporters may document the Conference to a reasonable extent. Instructions of the Organizer shall prevail over internal instructions of the Participant’s employer.
5. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE ORGANIZER
The Organizer may issue binding organizational instructions. In case of a breach, the Organizer may ask for remedy, demand compensation for damages, or remove the person from the Conference without a refund.
6. BREACH OF THE VC AND COMPENSATION FOR DAMAGES
Any person breaching the VC is obliged to compensate for any damage caused. The extent of compensation is not limited.
7. STATEMENT OF CONSENT
By entering the premises, persons expressly consent to being documented (photo, video, audio) by third persons chosen by the Organizer for documentation and promotional purposes.
8. FINAL PROVISIONS
8.1 Changes: The Organizer may change or amend the VC in writing without prior notice.
8.2 Language Versions: The VC is drawn up in English and Czech. In case of discrepancy, the English version shall prevail.
