Devices Missing Dashboard
All my sensors and extenders dissapeared from the PC dashboard and the App. Everything still triggers events but I cannot check device health on anyof them. Chat bot basically just tells me to reinstall the whole alarm. I changed nothing and thing its an issue on Rings side. Anyone else in the same

Ring Pro (2nd generation) broken button
The button for my Ring Pro (2nd generation) has broken off. The screw inside can be still pushed to trigger the doorbell, but the plastic button that was screwed on has broken off. I have included some photos below. All the third party replacement button parts I can find online was for the first ge

Ring update changed default layout
Until this update I was able to open my ring app and could see all my camera in both location in list view. Impossible to file warranty claim
It looks like ring makes it about impossible to file a warranty claim for a unit? My floodlight cam pro unit light will not shut off a night.
