Every Wednesday, 2PM (EST) we host 1-2 hour live AI training sessions where you can get real-time guidance, ask specific questions, and implement solutions alongside other community members with expert support from Julia’s team. All live training sessions are recorded via Zoom, and are accessible at the end of training days.
You’ll never miss important content, and you can always submit questions in advance to have them answered during the live session.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your membership at any time.
We’re confident in the value we provide, but we understand that not every solution is right for everyone. There are no long-term commitments, contracts, or cancellation fees. When you cancel:
- Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period
- You will not be charged for the next billing cycle
- You can cancel through your account settings or by contacting our support team
Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any subscription fees, including:
- Monthly or annual membership payments
- Partial month refunds after cancellation
- Refunds due to non-usage of the platform
- Refunds for technical issues or access problems
Billing
- Membership Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis
- You will be charged automatically until you cancel your membership
- Billing occurs on the same date each month/year as your original membership date
- Failed payments may result in temporary suspension of access
Account Access After Cancellation
Once your membership expires:
- You will lose access to premium course content
- Your account and progress data will be preserved for 90 days
- You can reactivate your membership at any time to restore full access within 90 days
