2008, Poland. 20 year old male student at the Warsaw university had hanged himself in his dormitory room’s closet. He did it in the kneeling down position. But his male 19 year old roommate had discovered his corpse perhaps only 10-15 minutes after death, after returning to their room after unsuccessful date. Upon seeing that his roommate had hanged himself, instead of calling for help, he had touched the corpses crotch and felt that the dead young man had an erection (a very common condition in the male deaths by hanging).
And so he took the erected penis of his dead roommate out of his athletic shorts and proceeded to suck it. He was caught right in the middle of this act, sucking a hanged young man’s penis, when one of their common male student friends had unexpectedly walked into the room, without knocking.
The 19 year old being in the bad mood from the unsuccessful date, had just shut the door angrily behind him when returning back and now also all excited by the act he wanted to do, he forgot to check that it was locked.
The 19 year old later tried to explain his actions by being frustrated by the date with a girl that went all wrong and because she refused him feeling very horny and angry, that he just wanted to release some of the tension and the terrible bad mood he was in. He also vehemently denied that he is gay or ever participated in any gay activities. There were no criminal charges filed, but he was dismissed from this university and banned for being admitted there again in the future.
However, some other students who have known him and his hanged roommate have suggested that the two were actually into weird fetish practices. With another likely scenario being that they were playing out strangulation fetish, during which the 20 year old was accidentally hanged to death for real, while the 19 year old was sucking his penis. And the 19 year old just continued to suck, not caring that his roommate has died and too carried away by the whole experience so to stop it and try to save the 20 year old.
But when getting caught right in the act, have immediately invented the much more innocent "necrophilia because of frustration" story and that he had already found his roommate dead when he came back. Definitely would be a much lesser crime, as compared to intentionally letting the other person die and not calling for help, because both the death of the other person in the noose during oral act and the oral act itself, just were too arousing to him so to interrupt and stop it.
