Using rust and the ordinals code in rust

Specific incentive mechanisms on encouraging people to make sure they understand how this works

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Totally possible to launch my own runes / runestones, or event brand new marketplace

What we learned

Runestone mechanism is still something I am figuring out
