Inspiration

Boston Dynamics, a Pixar movie, and service dogs.

What it does

Exists! And has senses! It may even, one day in the very near or far future, walk!

How we built it

We had two people on coding/wiring/hardware logic (Hope and Alan), and one person on modeling and 3D printing a chassis and legs (Alexandra.)

Challenges we ran into

Time constraints! Space constraints! Skill constraints!

Accomplishments that we're proud of, and what we learned

Hope: Learned how to code in C++, use a breadboard, and use stepper motors! Alan: Figured out how to use an IR signal receiver, and code said receiver! Alexandra: Figured out how to articulate a leg, and use a wire armature.

What's next for DAWG

A vacation.
