Inspiration

We built this project because it was given as a prompt in the hackathon, We really enjoy visualization and making frontend tools.

What it does

It shows the variance compared to the reference genome for each sample's chromosome.

How I built it

We used p5js which is a processing framework to build the custom graph on a canvas.

Challenges I ran into

JavaScript is very confusing.
