Mood Music Bot

Inspiration

We were interested in trying out different Node.js APIs.

What it does

When you hashtag #MoodMusicPls, the bot will do sentiment analysis on your tweet and tweet a song recommendation back at you.

How we built it

We used Node.js, the Twitter API, the Sentiment API and the Spotify Web API.

Challenges we ran into

Understanding how to format HTTP requests.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

It works!!!

What we learned

A lot more web development than we knew before.

What's next for Mood Music Bot

Maybe add more dimensions of elements, because right now all we have is negative and positive.
