Inspiration
A friend in real need of software help..
What it does
Inventory management in a advanced UI Grid Few more stuff on the API side because another company is using data from it.
How I built it
3 Tier:
- Sql Server DB
- Web API as data Tier
- FrontEnd as ASp.Net Core
Challenges I ran into
A lot...
- Whole CRUD using Kendo Grid + OData4
- Login correctly using ASP.Net Corre and OData4 + BD, passing auth token through each request and validating required controllers using data annotations.
Accomplishments that I'm proud of
Login using data tier, on database, all the fluff of integrating authorization attributes, etc
What I learned
Kendo UI
What's next for ProBumper
Automated import of new prices each month! Roles for logins so I can present it as a demo with read permissions and partial data!
Built With
- asp.net-core
- azure
- kendo-ui
- odata4
- sql-server
- web-api
