Scholar Bills is a cloud sourced application intended to advertise student specific discounts near a user's GPS location. App includes submission forms to add new discounts, as well as, a list generator that is intended to rank companies based off an algorithm that considers distance, a cloud sourced scoring system, and stagnant ratings. Technologies involved to create the application include full backend and front end functionality.
