We weren't that sure about the scope of our project at first. None of our members knew each other beforehand, and we had no idea what sort of project we wanted to create. So... we just threw our ideas together for a while, and we wound up with this! Which was a mashup of a ton of different ideas.
Our target user is probably the normal mobile phone user of today. Lots of texting, that sort of thing.
I think we're most proud of the state we were able to get it in for the demo, really. We had a lot of technical difficulties - installing Eclipse, installing plugins for Eclipse, installing plugins for plugins for Eclipse, all that jazz - so getting everyone's environments set up and able to contribute, and getting our application in a sort-of-demo-mode, was a nice achievement.
There's still a ton of stuff to add, obviously: most of our back-end technology is missing, so we'll have to tackle that in the future. For now, though? I think we've definitely come a long way in 24 hours.
