Advanced

After you click on Advanced under Everest Forms → Settings, you will be taken to the Advanced Options page.

Advanced Settings provide additional controls for logging and API access, helping you manage debugging and integrations across all your forms. You can access the Advanced Settings page from Dashboard → Everest Forms → Settings → Advanced.

Enable Log #

Store the form logs by enabling this option. Enabling logs will help you debug the issue if you face any. To check the logs, please go to Everest Forms > Tools > Logs.

RestApi #

Use this option to enable RestAPI and generate an API key, allowing you to submit form entries programmatically (e.g., via Postman).

Enable scheduled entry delete #

Enable this option and select the amount of days to delete the stored entries.

Admin Approval Entries #

This option sends an approval email to the admin so that they can approve or deny the user entries. You can choose the admin email or any custom email as the receiver. You can customize the email subject and the content. Moreover, you can also set the admin entries approval or denied waiting time in days along with the option to automatically delete the entry.

Entry Reports & Summaries #

Enable this option to receive automatic email reports of your form entries. When enabled, you will get a summary of total entries, form-wise performance, and quick links to view entries directly from your email.

Plugin Management #

After you click on Plugin Management under Everest Forms → Settings → Advanced, you will be taken to the Plugin Management settings page.

These settings allow you to control data removal and usage tracking for Everest Forms.

Remove Data On Uninstall #

Image

When you enable the Uninstall Everest Forms option, all the data of the Everest Forms will be removed from your database once you have uninstalled the Everest Forms plugin.

Allow Usage Tracking #

You can enable this option to provide us with non-sensitive information about the plugin and add-on usage.

What is shared?

Enabling this option will share the following information with the developers.

  • admin_email – Your email
  • website_url – Your site’s URL
  • wp_version – WordPress version of your site
  • php_version – PHP version of your site
  • mysql_version – MySQL version of your site
  • server_software – Software used on your server
  • is_ssl – Is your site SSL or not?
  • is_multisite – Is your site a multi-site platform?
  • is_wp_com – Is your site hosted on wordpress.com?
  • is_wp_com_vip – Is your site hosted on WordPress.com VIP?
  • is_wp_cache – Is WP Cache enabled?
  • multi_site_count – How many subsites are there if multi-site?
  • active_theme – Name of the active theme
  • active_theme_version – Version of the active theme
  • locale – Language and regional settings of your website
  • timezone – Time Zone Detail
  • activated plugins – List of the activated plugins
  • entry count: Total number of entries submitted by the users via Everest Forms
  • forms count: Total number of forms created with the Everest Forms plugin
