What is Lunch Flow?

Think of Lunch Flow as a bridge between your bank and wherever you want your transaction data to go. Instead of manually downloading CSV files or copy-pasting transactions, Lunch Flow automatically syncs everything for you - daily, securely, and reliably.

Why does Lunch Flow exist?

I built Lunch Flow because I was frustrated with manually exporting bank transactions every week just to manage my finances, and seeing that nearly all great personal finance apps I tried couldn’t support my banks as they could only integrate one (or no) open banking provider due to cost and complexity. Choose your bank from 20,000+ supported institutions worldwide. You’ll log in through your bank’s official website (we never see your password), and authorize read-only access to your transactions.

Tell Lunch Flow where to send your data – Google Sheets, CSV files, your own API, or other apps. Set it once and forget about it.
