Connecting your WooCommerce store to Zoho Bigin involves installing our Integration for Bigin by Zoho CRM Plugin. 

Step 1 – Install the Plugin

• Download the .zip file from your WooCommerce account.
• Log into your WordPress Dashboard and navigate to Plugins > Add New

• Click on the Upload Plugin button at the top and upload the .zip file of the plugin.
• Install the plugin and click Activate to get started

Step 2 – Connect to Zoho Bigin

Using the plugin functionality, you can easily connect your Zoho Bigin account to your WooCommerce store.

Click on “Connect Your Account.”

Select your country-specific domain from the available options, then click “Login & Authorize” and grant authorization.

You’ll be redirected to the Zoho Bigin authentication portal (as shown in the screenshot above). Verify your account details and, once confirmed, click “Accept.”

After successful authentication, you’ll be redirected back to the plugin. Click “Move to the Next Step.”

You’ll be prompted to create feeds. The default feeds are Contacts, Products, Accounts (Company), and Pipelines. Click “Create Feeds.”

Lastly, after completing all the required processes, you’ll be redirected to the Plugin’s actual dashboard, which looks like the above.

In the dashboard, you’ll find details such as synced contacts, products, companies, and pipelines. 

At the top, you can see the authorized user’s name and their ID. You also have the option to reauthorize or disconnect the account.

In this section, we’ll explore the different options available under a specific feed. For this explanation, I’ll be using the Product Feed as an example, but the options remain the same across all feeds, including Pipelines, Contacts, and Accounts (company).

Some options that are new and unique in each feed will be explained, respectively.

Click on the edit icon to start editing this feed.

Once you click on the edit icon, you will see a ton of options.Let’s see each of them in detail.

The Next option you have is to map respective fields to their respective value. You can map them as per your requirements

In this section, you get the option to add additional fields to map in the synchronization process.

In this section, you get the option to synchronize product images along with additional data that you have initially mapped in the feed section

If you like to sync multiple variations of a product along with the initial data, you can check  this option.

You can choose a field that will act as the “Primary Key” to identify and update existing records. 

For example, you might use fields like Product Name or Product Code, since these are usually unique for each customer or order.

Also, make sure the “Do not allow duplicate values” option is enabled in the field’s settings. 

This prevents the system from creating duplicate records when syncing data.

In this section of the Select Event Settings, you need to choose an event that will trigger the synchronization of your WooCommerce data with Bigin. 

These event settings are important because they help capture and record real-time data whenever a transaction or activity occurs in your store. 

With conditional filters, you can control when data should sync from WooCommerce to Bigin. The sync will only occur if the conditions you set are met.

Zoho Bigin Integration plugin allows you to sync all shipping details from your WooCommerce store to Zoho Bigin. This can be done either via bulk sync or instant sync, giving you flexibility based on your workflow.

Settings Overview:

• Add Order Line Item as Product: Enable this option to include each order line item as a product in Zoho Bigin.

   

• Add Shipping as Line Item: Check this option to sync shipping costs as a separate line item within the order.

   

• Shipping Product: This field shows the shipping product created in Zoho Bigin. You can create a new shipping product or update an existing one if needed.

   

• Shipping Amount: Select whether you want to sync the Order Shipping Total or Shipping Total including Tax. 

You can track shipping details precisely, either as part of the order or as a separate product, ensuring your sales data in Zoho Bigin fully matches your WooCommerce store.

Here is how a shipping product will show over Bigin.

Zoho Bigin Integration plugin allows you to map WooCommerce order statuses to corresponding stages in your sales pipeline. 

For instance, “Pending Payment” orders are assigned to the “Needs Analysis” stage, indicating that more details are needed, while “Processing” orders are mapped to the “Proposal/Price Quote” stage, where the customer is reviewing the offer. “Completed” orders move to “Closed Won,” signaling a successful sale, whereas “Cancelled,” “Refunded,” and “Failed” orders are synced to “Closed Lost,” indicating a lost deal

This integration simplify your workflow by automatically aligning WooCommerce order statuses with Zoho Bigin’s sales pipeline stages, improving order management and tracking.

Here is how it’ll show on Bigin dashboard.

You can sync refund details from WooCommerce directly into Zoho Bigin, including essential information like the refund amount, reason, id, and date

Just map them to their respective fields and start syncing using either one click or bulk sync.

With the Zoho Bigin Integration plugin, you can easily sync tax rates from your WooCommerce store to Zoho Bigin. You can set up different tax rates in WooCommerce, such as Standard, Reduced, or Zero rates, and map them directly to Zoho Bigin.

If you create new tax rates in Zoho Bigin, you can select them in the plugin settings. If you don’t see the new rates, you can refresh the fields to update the list.

Here is how these applied taxes will show on products over bigin.

Zoho Bigin Integration plugin supports multiple currencies, making it easy to manage international sales. When syncing data, both the store’s base currency and the customer’s shopping currency are shown in Zoho Bigin.

To make this work, you need to create multiple currencies in Bigin as per your requirements and activate them.

Once activated, go to the plugin’s pipelines feed and add a new currency feed.

In this feed, you’ll see options for all the currencies you’ve added in Bigin, as shown in the screenshot above.

Note: If these options aren’t showing up, try refreshing your fields. Also, if you’ve made any other changes in your Bigin dashboard, like updates to currency, taxes, or anything else, make sure to refresh the fields so everything stays up to date.

Finally, update the feed, and sync via once click or bulk sync. You can also utilize other options for later syncronization like when an event occurs or using background sync.

This is the next tab in the plugin backend that serves the data synchronization purpose for your WooCommerce store over Bigin. This tab offers two data synchronization methods, namely-

Bulk Data Sync- This type of synchronization process involves historical data sync. You can easily make use of this feature available in the plugin if you have a large amount of historical data. 

As the name suggests, the feature offers easy bulk data synchronization. You just need to provide the specific Object and the respective Feed associated with that to get started with the process.

One-Click Sync- Due to network or other constraints, procedures might miss or fail to record(newly added data) a few data chunks while recording data from your WooCommerce store utilizing Bigin by Zoho CRM.  

Here comes the One-Click Sync.

This is the very next tab available in the plugin backend, which offers a detailed log table of all your data transactions performed. 

This detailed report of your sync logs contains descriptive data about the errors that were generated based on various defined criteria like Objects, Object ID, Feed, and so on.

Log data consists of an error filter, along with other specific controls available in this section, including Reload for syncing data refresh without reloading the page, Clear Log for deleting synced log data, and Download for easy downloading of synced data for further use.

This can be a useful tool for assisting you in having a clear knowledge and analysis of all your recorded transactions, as well as telling you a lot about what went wrong so you can quickly find out the problems and troubleshoot

We’ve added a new feature that lets you sync abandoned cart data with Zoho Bigin. You can turn this feature on or off, choose when a cart should be marked as abandoned, automatically delete old abandoned cart data, and save the data in an HTML-encoded format.

The Sync Global Calendar With Airbnb feature helps you manage your bookings seamlessly across platforms by automatically syncing your WooCommerce booking calendar with your Airbnb calendar.

When you’re listing the same property or service on both your WooCommerce store and Airbnb, it’s crucial to keep your availability up to date on both ends to avoid double bookings and disappointed customers. This feature eliminates the need for manual updates — any changes made to availability on Airbnb are reflected on your WooCommerce calendar, and vice versa.

We will explain everything that you need to know in this documentation.

We have mentioned the installation process for both the Free and Premium Versions. The customers can refer to the one that is relevant to them. 

It is important to note that before activating the plugin – Bookings For WooCommerce Pro, you should have the Bookings for WooCommerce – WordPress plugin installed, as the plugin will not function without it.

• Automatic Installation

When it comes to automatic installation, WordPress is the most user-friendly. 

To do so, all you have to accomplish is-

Utilize your username and password and log in to your WordPress admin area. Then navigate to Plugins > Add New inside the leftmost column of your dashboard. At the top of the front page, click the Upload Plugin option.

Choose the Bookings for WooCommerce-based .zip file from the Add New Plugin option, then push Install Now. Activate the WooCommerce booking plugin once it has been properly configured, to make the plugin features in action.

• Manual Installation

Another way to install the WooCommerce appointments plugin in your WordPress environment is to use the manual installation option. Manual installation involves downloading and uploading the Bookings for WooCommerce plugin to the web server using their preferred FTP client.

1. Upload the Bookings for WooCommerce folder to the /WP-content/plugins/directory.

2. Navigate to the Plugins menu in WordPress to activate the plugin.

3. That is all there is to it.

• Automatic Installation

Automatic installation is the easiest option handled by WordPress.

• Download the Bookings For WooCommerce Pro plugin.
• Log in to your WordPress Dashboard.
• Navigate to the sidebar, and click on Plugins.
• Click on Add New and then click on Upload Plugins.
• Hit the Browse button, choose your downloaded plugin’s .zip file, and click on Install Now.
• Once installed, activate the Bookings plugin.

• Manual Installation

• Download the Bookings for WooCommerce PRO plugin from the respective website product page.
• Log in to your WordPress dashboard.
• Navigate to the Plugins > Add New page and hit the Upload Plugin button.

• Upload the .zip file of the plugin and hit the Install button.
• Finally, activate this plugin from the Plugins > Installed Plugins page and hit the Activate button to continue.

The very last tab in the Bookings for WooCommerce PRO plugin is License. This tab is an activation panel for your plugin license. To accept WooCommerce booking requests from your customers, activate your plugin license before setting up your plugin backend.

There isn’t any special setting available here, just one that is license activation. You receive an activation code as soon as you purchase the PRO plugin from the site.

After purchasing the premium version, navigate to My Account > Orders > Your Order. There you’ll find the License Key. The License Key is also sent to you at your email address. 

Please confirm your purchase code by copy-pasting it in the given Enter Purchase Code text field and hitting the Validate button, so that you can utilize the plugin’s features conveniently even after the 30 days of plugin activation. 

Note: Even if the license is not activated, you can use the Bookings for WooCommerce PRO plugin capabilities for 30 days. After that, the PRO plugin features would be automatically disabled, and you might end up losing your customer’s booking data; therefore, it is a must to activate the license before the trial period ends.

Before we understand how to sync the global calendar with Airbnb, it is crucial to understand the concept of Global Calendar booking and how it works –

Global Calendar Booking

Merchants can utilize this functionality to seamlessly incorporate a Global Booking Calendar on any page they want. This eliminates the problem of creating multiple calendars.

Create A Global Calendar

To do so, follow these steps – 

• Navigate to “Global Bookings” > “Add new Booking” through the sidebar of the admin’s dashboard.

• You can now “create a new global calendar.”

• Admins will now add the following information related to the global calendar.

Booking Settings – 

1. Cost: Specify the cost for booking a slot on the Global Calendar
2. Available Days: Mention the available dates.
3. Non-Available Days: Mention the non-available dates.
4. Calendar Colour: Choose the colour for your calendar.

After mentioning all the related data, click on the “update” button to publish the calendar.

Calendar Form Settings

Admins can create a global form for the global calendars, and the admins also gets the chance to select which form they want to display on the frontend. 

To create a form, navigate to “Global Bookings” > “Create Calendar Form” through the sidebar of the admin’s dashboard. 

After clicking on “add new form”, the admin will be redirected to the form creation page.

Calendar Form Settings, 

• Form Heading: The admins can mention the unique heading for the form, which will be displayed over the frontend. 
• Form Colour: The admin can also select the colour of the form as per the requirements of your business. 
• Field Label: Utilize this space to mention the Label for the created fields. For example: Name, Contact, Colour, etc. 

NOTE: Admins can add up to five fields if you are using the “Free” Version. If you have the premium version, you can create as many fields as you like.

• Type: Utilize this space to mention the type of information that you are collecting. For example, for name you can provide “text space” , for gender you can provide “radio button,” and so on. 

• Options: If you have selected the “multiselect” type, you can utilize this section to specify the options. 

• Required: Utilize this space to add the “required” tag over the fields in the form. 

NOTE: This functionality will also work for the “Premium” version. 

• Actions: Utilize this section to delete an existing field. 

Admins can also see the “Preview of the created calendar”. 

Frontend Representation: 

The admin can also select which of the created forms, they want to display over the frontend with the drop-down,

Implementation Of the Global Calendar

After successfully curating the calendar, the administrator will see the “shortcode for the created calendar” at the “Global Calendar Booking” dashboard.

Simply copy the shortcode for the created calendar, and paste it where you want to show this calendar.

After successfully incorporating the global calendar, this is how it will look on the frontend.

The customers can easily make the booking for the dates they want, and the said bookings will be handled by the admins in the same fashion as for other bookings made over the site.

By utilizing this functionality, the admins can sync the global booking calendar with the Airbnb listing calendar. If specific dates are set as unavailable on Airbnb, an automated cron job that runs every 5 minutes will update the bookings calendar( listed on the WooCommerce store) to block those same dates, and vice versa. Similarly, any changes made in the store’s global calendar will reflect on Airbnb’s calendar too, ensuring both stay perfectly in sync.

Set Up Airbnb Host Account

The first step is to successfully set up your host account on Airbnb. To do so, just navigate to Airbnb’s website. Click on the “Switch to host” mode, as shown below – After doing so, you will be shown your already listed properties, and also given a chance to list new properties-

To create a new listing, you must enter the following information. First, choose what you want to host – a home, an experience, or a service.

Let’s assume you chose the “experience” option. Now, you must choose the category for the same.

After selecting the category for the experience, admins must also describe the experience.

After successfully describing the experience. The admins will have to answer questions about themselves. Just answer the series of questions, as shown in the images.

Add your qualifications

Add links to your social media accounts –

After entering all the details about the experience you are hosting, now answer some questions about yourself –

After adding all relevant information about yourself, you must also mention the location of the experience that you are hosting. 

The admins will now have the option to add images that their customers will see before making the final decision/booking.

After adding all the relevant images and all the other information, it’s time to name the experience that you’re hosting. This is the time to wear your creative hats on, because this name will nudge your customers towards making the final booking.

Now, you have finalized all the requirements related to the experience that you are hosting. Let’s also finalize the pricing for the same.

It is also important to note that all the good bookable products only work if you add good discounts. In this step, you spend time doing that –

I am thrilled to tell you that you have successfully created an Airbnb host account. We can now proceed to sync the global calendar with Airbnb.

Sync Global Calendar

We have already mentioned in the early sections of the documentation about the working of the Global Calendar. (Navigate to section 3)
Now, this functionality only works for syncing the unavailable and available dates of the Global Calendar with the calendar listed on Airbnb.
This works in two scenarios –

A) Import the Airbnb Calendar

The merchants will simply need to copy Airbnb’s calendar link and paste it into the “Airbnb iCal link” space. To do so,

Just click on the “Connect to another website” button. After doing so, you will be navigated to the section where you can access the link.

Now, simply copy the mentioned link and paste it into your global calendar’s “Airbnb iCal link” section as shown in the screenshots below –

After doing so, your Global Calendar’s available and unavailable dates will be synced with your calendar listed over “Airbnb” simply by refreshing both pages.

B) Airbnb iCal Export Link

In the next approach, we will export our Global Calendar to sync the available and unavailable dates. 

Just copy the “Airbnb’s iCal Export Link.” In the following manner,

After copying the iCal link, navigate to Airbnb’s Calendar. Here you will see the “Availability Settings”

Just paste the link in the space provided to sync both the calendars. 

Let’s also understand how the syncing works, a cron runs at the duration of 5 minutes that syncs both the calendars to avoid any confusion or double bookings.

Just navigate to booking.com’s website and get your property listed there. The process is pretty straightforward; just follow the steps mentioned while you’re registering on their website. 

After successfully listing your property on their platform, you can navigate to the extranet section of this platform. The Booking.com extranet is a useful tool for property owners. It helps you manage your listings, communicate with guests, handle payments, and also access support from Booking.com. It makes hosting easier and more profitable.

In this section, you can see all your listed properties. Just click on any property, and navigate to the “Calendar Booking” Section. 

Here you can see your calendar and set availability and unavailability dates.

Booking website owners can very conveniently set the available and unavailable dates.

After successfully setting the available and unavailable dates, we can move on to syncing our global calendar with the calendar listed on Booking.com.

We have already mentioned in the early sections of the documentation about the working of the Global Calendar. (Navigate to section 3) 

Now, this functionality only works for syncing the unavailable and available dates of the Global Calendar with the calendar listed on Booking.com. 

Just navigate to “Manage Calendar Settings”, and click on “Calendar Connection”

After this, you’ll be taken to a page where you can synchronize your calendar with our global calendar or other calendars.

This works in two scenarios –

1. Import Calendar

Simply copy Airbnb’s iCal link, which we provide in the global calendar’s backend settings –

After copying the iCal link, simply paste it in the space provided. It is also important to note that you will have to give a name to your calendar.

After doing so, your Global Calendar’s available and unavailable dates will be synced with your calendar listed on “booking.com” simply by refreshing both pages.

2. Export Calendar

In the next approach, we will export our Global Calendar to sync the available and unavailable dates. 

Simply, copy the booking.com export link. It is important to note that the export link is generated one-time.

And paste the space given in the backend settings of your Global Booking Calendar, to sync both the calendars.

Let’s also understand how the syncing works, a cron runs at the duration of 5 minutes that syncs both the calendars to avoid any confusion or double bookings.

Sync the global booking calendar with Outlook’s calendar. Suppose specific dates are set as unavailable on Outlook’s calendar. In that case, an automated cron job that runs every 5 minutes will update the global bookings calendar (in your WooCommerce store) to block those same dates, and vice versa. Similarly, any changes made to the store’s global calendar will also be reflected in Outlook’s calendar, ensuring both stay perfectly in sync.

This works in two scenarios – 

Import Calendar

To import the global calendar to Outlook’s calendar to sync the unavailable dates, simply copy the “Airbnb iCal Export Link.

And click “Add Calendars”> “Subscribe From Web” > and paste the URL that you just copied into the space you are provided with, as shown below –

After doing so, you will be able to sync the unavailable dates of the global booking calendar with your Outlook calendar.

Export Link

To export and sync the unavailable dates from Outlook to the global booking calendar, simply navigate to Settings > Shared Calendars > Publish A Calendar. Now, you can simply copy the link mentioned there as shown below –

After copying the link, you can paste it in the space provided in the backend settings of the global calendar, as shown below –

After doing this both the calendar’s unavailable dates will be synchronized.

The Coupon Referral Program for WooCommerce creates a referral program on your online store. Rewarding the referrer and referring customers with online discount coupons. The ultimate referral plugin provides discount coupons on two actions: 

1. Signup Coupons
2. Referral Purchase

• Signup Coupons: When new or referred customers complete the signup process in your store then they get a Signup discount coupon.
• Referral Coupons: Using the WooCommerce referral plugin, the referrer receives the referral discount coupon, when the referred user registers, places an order, and the order status is marked as completed. 

For Example, Customer A shares the referral link with Customer B. When customer B registers via the referral link, customer B will get the signup discount coupon/points/code. After the registration, whenever customer B places an order and that order status is marked as completed then Customer A will get a referral discount coupon.

To use the WooCommerce referral program, customers have to click on the “Referral Program” button, they’ll see a screen similar to shown below:

1. Download the .zip file of the Coupon Referral Program from your WooCommerce Account.
2. Go to the WordPress Admin→ Plugins→ Add New and Upload Plugin with the file you downloaded with Choose File.
3. Install Now and Activate the extension.

To configure the WordPress Coupon plugin, click on WooCommerce→ Settings from the left-hand menu, then the top tab “Referrals”. You will see sub-sections there as General, Referral Configuration, Sign up Discount, Coupon Configuration, Display Configuration, Reports, Help, and Support.

• Enable/Disable: The customer referral program allows customers to refer a friend or their knowns with a WooCommerce referral coupon code. Also, you can find the referral coupon code on the product page as well.   
• Select The Discount Type: Choose the referral discount value type as Fixed or Percentage.
• Discount Amount: Admin can set a discount value for the referral code.
• Enable/Disable Coupon Configuration: The WooCommerce referral plugin lets the admin enable this setting to allow coupon configuration settings applicable to the referral code.

• Enable/Disable Social Sharing: Allow customers to use social networks for promoting and referral link sharing.
• Social Sharing Options: The admin can enable social sharing on Facebook, WhatsApp, Twitter, and Email.

Note: If you click the Email button, the default email application of your system will be opened for emailing the referral link. You can add your custom email template under this setting

• Enable/Disable Discount: With the WooCommerce customer referral program, admins can allow their referred users to earn discount coupons on signup.
• Enter Discount for Referrer: Enter the discount value for discount coupons that will be offered to the referrer. 
• Referral Discount Type: Select referral discount value type as Fixed or Percentage discount coupons.
• Discount on nth referral sign-up: Set the number of sign-ups for coupons to the referee by using this WordPress referral plugin. 

 Note: If the set discount value is 10 and the discount type is set as Fixed, then the referee will receive a discount coupon of 10$ on signup. Or if the discount type is set as Percentage, then the referee will receive a discount coupon of 10% on signup

The number of times the referee gets a coupon on a new user joining: By using this setting of the WooCommerce referral plugin you can limit the number of coupons a referee can redeem by making WooCommerce referrals for new user signups.

• Enable/Disable: The WooCommerce referral plugin allows the admin to display the referral system program pop-up button on their store.   
• Enable/Disable Animation: Enable this checkbox if you want animation over the referral button. 
• Button Text: The admin can edit the display text on the Referral Program Button.
• Button Color: Select a color scheme for the referral program button.
• Custom CSS: The eCommerce referral plugin allows the admin to use custom CSS to change the appearance of the referral program button according to their choice. Also, the admin can add the custom template code, here, for the custom referral link template.
• Select Position: Admin can decide the position of the referral pop-up button and use this shortcode [crp_popup_button] to display the pop-up button anywhere on their WooCommerce store. 
• Select Pages: Admin can select pages of the store on which they want to display the referral program button. 
• Pop-up Image: The admin can set the referral program pop-up image by using this WordPress referral plugin. 
• Use this shortcode for the referral link: Using the given shortcode: [crp_referral_link], you can display the referral link anywhere at your convenience.
• Use this shortcode for the referral code: Using the given shortcode:[crp_referral_dashboard], in the latest update of our Coupon Referral Program plugin, you can now display the referral dashboard on any page. You can also customize the text for the same referral dashboard.
•  Use this shortcode for the customer referral dashboard: Using the given shortcode: [crp_referral_tab], you can now display all your referral codes in a dedicated WooCommerce referrals tab on any page.

• Referral Tab Text: Under this setting, you can customize the text that would appear in the referral tab on your front end.

• Signup Popup text: Using this setting of the WooCommerce referral plugin, you can customize the text that appears on the modal window by clicking the “Referral Program” button on the front end. NOTE: If you leave this field blank, the default popup text will be displayed in the popup window as shown below.
• Referral Link Redirection: Utilizing this setting of the WooCommerce customer referral program, admins can now decide where they want to redirect the referral link. The referral links can either be redirected to the shop page the “My Account” page or the home page. The admin will just have to add the link in the blank field.

• Enable/Disable New Layout: The admin will get a chance to select whether he wants to go ahead with the new layout or proceed with the default old one. 
• Layout Color: The admin has full flexibility to change the color of the selected layout. 

Frontend Representation Of The Layout –

After the successful installation and activation of the Coupon Referral Program, a new section named Referrals will be added to the WooCommerce Reports where the admin can see the performance of their WooCommerce referral program.

The referrals report includes the coupon referred details like – 

• Name of the Referrer
• User Email
• Referred Users
• Total Utilization
• No. of Coupons

Further, you can also check the coupon details by clicking on “View Coupon Details”.

This report shows the following details:

• Coupon
• The date on which the Coupon was created
• Coupon expiry date
• Event
• Referred Users
• Usage Count

Additionally, you can export and download all the data in a CSV file by clicking on “Export CSV”

The admins can update the details related to specific coupons by utilizing this setting.

• Discount Type – Admin can implement a percentage discount or a fixed discount on the curated coupons. 
• Coupon Amount – Enter the amount of discount that your customer will get upon using this coupon. 
• Free Shipping – Enable this setting if the admin wants to allow “free shipping” to their customers.

The WooCommerce referral program is compatible with  Zoho CRM Integration, allowing admins to map details related to the coupons. This functionality works against two fields: user and order. The parameters covered under this compatibility are referred user and order (to determine whether the user and the order are referred to or not).

The coupon Referral Program is compatible with the WooCommerce Subscription plugin to reward the subscribers of your store.

Settings for the WooCommerce Subscriptions,

• • Enable/Disable: Admin can allow customers to apply referral coupons for renewing product subscriptions. 
  • Apply Coupons: There are two different methods to apply the coupon to the renewal of recurring payments.
    1. All Coupons: The Admin can allow customers to use all types of coupons for product subscription renewals.
    2. Allow Customers to Choose: The admin can allow customers to redeem a selected coupon for the renewal of their subscription products.

• Enable/Disable Discount for First Renewal Only: The admin can enable/disable for first renewable only. After enabling this feature, the coupon will be applied on the first renewal. 

Give coupon discount when the referred customer paid after the free trial ended, 

• Enable/Disable: Admin can allow customers to apply referral coupons for “free trial”  product subscriptions. After enabling the settings, the user can get the discount coupon on the first recurring payment after the free trial is over

• Discount Coupon Amount: Enter the discount coupon amount. 
• Discount Coupon Type: The admin can also select between “Fixed” or “Percentage”, for the discount type. 

To start the subscription on their store, firstly you need to create a subscription product.

After successfully purchasing the subscription product, your customers can apply the coupons on the renewal order under the subscription.

Click on the ‘Apply Coupon’ button, your customer will be able to apply the coupons for the recurring payment.

Coupon Referral Program is compatible with High Performance Order Storage (HPOS) Which uses WooCommerce CRUD design to store order data in custom tables to optimize order queries and ensure the smooth workflow of your WooCommerce store.

To Enable HPOS Follow these steps:

Firstly, make sure your WooCommerce version is updated with the latest 8.0. After that navigate to WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced > Features and choose the High Performance Order Storage option for orders.

The first step to connecting your WooCommerce store to Zoho Books or Inventory starts with installing our WooCommerce Zoho Books Integration plugin and creating a Zoho Books account. 

• Download the .zip file from your WP Swings account.
• From your WordPress Dashboard, go to Plugins > Add New.
• Click on the Upload Plugin button and upload the Zoho Integration plugin’s zip file.
• Install the plugin and click Activate to get started.

After successful activation, you can connect WooCommerce store to Zoho Books and Zoho Inventory account. You can choose to connect them separately or establish a simultaneous connection for both accounts.

To connect, follow the steps:

1. Go to WP Swings > Zoho Books Inventory Integration and click on the Connect Your Account button. 
2. From the Choose Product dropdown select the software you want to sync your store with.

• From the Connect your Zoho Books account section, you can choose to use the Global App and Zoho domain for Integration.

1. Afterwards, click on Login and Authorize.
2. Click on the Accept button to authorize our plugin to read, create, update, & delete all your Zoho Books and Zoho Inventory Data. 

If you are not using the global app, follow the underlined method to connect WooCommerce to your Zoho Books account: 

1. You have to provide Client ID, Secret ID, Zoho Domain & Redirect URL. Fill in all the details in their respective fields and click on the Authorize button.
2. Select the software platform you want to sync with, Zoho Books or Inventory. You can only choose one at a time. 
3. After you hit the Authorize button, you’ll be redirected to the Zoho App authorization page. 
4. Click on the Accept button to connect the Zoho Books & Inventory to your WooCommerce store.

Post-authorization, you can instantly launch the default feeds. All you have to do is click on the Create Feeds button.

Click on “Move To Next Step” and your setup is complete. Now, go to the dashboard to take an overview of your Zoho Books & Inventory Integration. 

Notice: The connection process for both software platforms is similar. The plugin settings are also identical for both plugins irrespective of the platform you are connected to.

The dashboard provides real-time information on the total count of synchronized contacts, items, and invoices, keeping you informed about the status of your data synchronization.

Zoho Books Connection Status: This status bar shows if you are connected to your preferred platform or not. 

Reauthorize: Reauthorize button will re-establish the connection with Zoho Books. You’d have to follow the setup process again. 

Disconnect: It will break the connection between Zoho Books and WooCommerce and stop data synchronization.

The integration for Zoho Books plugin offers three default feeds that you can use to synchronize your WooCommerce data with Zoho Books. These feeds are designed to sync specific types of data, such as orders, customers, and products. You can also create custom feeds to sync other types of data.

• Invoices Feed
• Items Feed
• Item Group Feed 

Click on the Add Feeds button to create a new feed using WooCommerce objects. Here are the settings to customize the feeds:

Title:  Add the title of the new feed. 

Select Object: This setting lets you select the WooCommerce object you want to sync the data for.

• • Click on the select object drop-down and choose an object to map fields. 
  • There are nine listed objects:

Map Fields: This setting helps you map a field to the value it will contain. For example, you can map a Billing Address field with the address to make sure it stores the correct value.

Add New Field: This setting allows you to add a new field to the feed, helping you sync additional data with the feed. For example, you could add a field for the product’s weight or dimensions.

Primary Field: The Primary Field setting lets you select a unique identifier for the feed records, serving as a primary key to distinguish each entry in the feed.

Select Event: Define the event that triggers the data synchronization.

Conditional Filter: The Condition Filter in Feeds feature allows you to sync your data with Zoho Books according to your preferences. You can apply filters to the feeds to control which data is synced. The filters available to you are many, including filters based on dates, exact matches, numbers, text, and more.

• AND condition: The AND condition is applied to synchronize data that satisfies all the given criteria. For instance, you might use an AND condition to sync all customers who signed up after September 1, 2023, and have made a purchase of more than $50.
• OR condition: The OR condition is employed to sync data that fulfills any of the specified criteria. For example, you could use an OR condition to synchronize all products that either belong to the “Electronics” category or have a price higher than $500.

To finalize your feed, click the Publish button.

The Data Sync tab offers two distinct options for data synchronization:

• Bulk Data Sync: This option allows you to synchronize all data, including historical records, for the selected object. It ensures that all existing data is up-to-date and consistent.
  

  You can also bulk sync your data by setting a custom date range. Simply choose your desired start date (From Date) and end date (To Date), and all the records that fall within this range will be synced together.

• One-Click Sync: With One-Click Sync, you can synchronize only the newly added data of the selected object or the data that failed to sync in previous attempts. This option is designed to efficiently update and rectify any data discrepancies without re-synchronizing the entire dataset.
• Pull & Associate Products: When integrating multiple sales channels and third-party platforms, it’s common to encounter synchronization issues, especially when the same products are being imported or synced across multiple systems. 

A typical scenario involves syncing products from a marketplace like Etsy to Zoho Inventory, and later connecting another platform like WooCommerce, which also pulls in products from Etsy. In such cases, Zoho might treat the products synced through WooCommerce as separate or duplicate entries instead of recognizing them as the same items originally synced from Etsy.

To address this problem, our plugin offers a Product Association feature that make sure the accurate mapping of products across platforms. This feature allows you to associate or match products between Zoho and WooCommerce in one of the following three ways:

• Using SKU (Stock Keeping Unit): If your products have unique SKUs that are consistent across all platforms (Etsy, WooCommerce, and Zoho), our plugin can automatically match items based on this identifier.

• Using Product ID: You can associate products using their unique product IDs from WooCommerce. This is particularly useful when SKUs are missing or inconsistent.
• Using Product Name: In the absence of SKUs or product IDs, our plugin  can attempt to match products based on their names

While this method is less precise due to possible naming variations, it can still be effective when naming conventions are strictly followed

With these three syncronization options, you have greater control over your data synchronization process, allowing you to choose the most appropriate method based on your specific needs and requirements.

Our Zoho books and inventory integration offers two-way synchronization options, which means when any update is made in the product stock quantities in Zoho, it will be automatically updated in your woocommerce.

The same thing applies to product stock quantities from the Available stock field on ZOHO.

To use these features, you have to enable the “Synchronize product stock in WooCommerce” and “Enable to update product stock from Available Stock Field” from the settings

Sync product tags from your WooCommerce store to Zoho Books or Zoho Inventory. You can choose which field in Zoho you want the product tags to be synced to. Once mapped, the product tags will be automatically synced.

The WooCommerce Books and Inventory plugin enables the synchronization of discount amounts in your orders, ensuring that any applied discounts are accurately reflected in your invoices. You can enable or disable this option from the plugin’s setting.

Important: To use this feature, enable Discounts at Transactional Level in your Zoho Books account by following these steps:

Go to Settings > Preferences > General in your Zoho Books Dashboard. Enable the option for Discounts at Transactional Level.

This ensures that discounts applied to orders are correctly recorded in your invoices.

WooCommerce Zoho Books and Inventory supports syncing coupon details during checkout. This includes the coupon code, discount amount, and type.

The information is recorded in Zoho Books and Inventory, ensuring accurate tracking of discounts and promotions without manual entry.

WooCommerce Zoho Books and Inventory allows syncing of customer order notes during checkout.

These notes are transferred directly to Zoho Books and Inventory, ensuring all order details are accurately recorded without manual input.

You can set up fields in the feed to capture and sync user details like IP addresses and browser information with Zoho Books & Inventory.

This enhances reporting, provides better insights into user activity, and adds an extra layer of security by helping identify unusual activity more easily. To configure this, navigate to the feed settings, add fields for IP and browser information, map them to Zoho Books & Inventory, and perform tests to ensure that everything is working properly.

The Logs section offers a comprehensive overview of the data synchronization process, displaying both errored and successful logs. Each log entry provides essential details, including:

Feed: Indicates the specific feed in which the error occurred during the synchronization process.

Woo Object: This shows the corresponding WooCommerce object related to the error.

Woo Object Id: Displays the unique WooCommerce object ID associated with the error.

Zoho Books Object: This field presents the Zoho Books object where the data should have been synced.

Zoho Books Object Id: Depicts the unique identifier for the Zoho Books object that encountered the error.

Time: Reflects the timestamp at which the error occurred, providing you with the precise time of the synchronization issue.

Furthermore, the Logs section allows you to filter the logs based on two options:

All: This filter displays all logs, both successful and errored, giving you a complete view of the data synchronization process.

Errors: This filter narrows down the view to show only the logs associated with errors, enabling you to easily identify and address any issues that occurred during the synchronization.

You can also filter the logs by Default Item Feeds, Default Invoice Feeds, and Default Contact Feeds

The Zoho Books Integration provides users with greater control and flexibility over the data synchronization process.

1. Enable instant sync: When you activate this toggle, WooCommerce data is instantly synchronized with Zoho Books. If you disable this option, you’ll need to manually initiate data sync from the Data Sync tab.
2. Enable Background Sync: Choose the option to sync data automatically at regular intervals of 5 minutes.
3. Sync Background Data After Specific Time: Here, you can set the number of minutes to wait before data sync begins when background sync is active. This helps in reducing API calls and server load
4. Enable Woo Sync Logging: Enabling this option allows you to save sync log errors. When deactivated, no logs will be saved.
5. Delete Log After X Days: With this option, you can specify the number of days you want to store the sync logs. For example, selecting 30 days will store the logs for 30 days before they are automatically deleted.
6. Wipe Complete Data on Disconnect: If you enable this toggle, all the data and database keys you’ve synced over Zoho Books & inventory will be deleted once you disconnect the Zoho Books  Integration plugin.
7. Order Status Sync From WooCommerce: Enable this option to synchronize your order status when it changes on your WooCommerce Store to Zoho Books & Inventory.
8. Create Adjustments When Order Placed: Enable this option to create stock adjustments when an order is placed, when a user places an order the stock is automatically adjusted in your Zoho inventory.
9. Synchronize Product Stock in WooCommerce: Enable this option to synchronize product stock quantities between Zoho and WooCommerce. When enabled, any changes to product stock levels in Zoho will automatically update in your WooCommerce store, ensuring accurate inventory management.
10. Auto Update Stock: Enable to update product stock quantity from the Available Stock field on Zoho
11. Tax Sync: Enable this option to sync order tax details between WooCommerce and Zoho Books and Inventory. This applies to both single and multiple taxes, ensuring accurate tax calculations and seamless tax reporting for all orders.
12. Shipping Sync: Enable this option to sync shipping tax and shipping charges/costs between WooCommerce and Zoho Books and Inventory. 

Note: The above 2 features are currently available only for US data centers, with support for other countries coming soon.

-Log into your WordPress Dashboard and navigate to Plugins > Add New.

-Click on the Upload Plugin button on top and upload the zip file of the plugin.

-Install the plugin and click Activate to get started.

To begin configuring Mautic Integration for WooCommerce, navigate to WooCommerce > Mautic > Get Started tab.

Click Next to authorize the connection between your Mautic account and the WooCommerce store.

Once the connection has been successfully established, click Proceed to the next step.

Note: If needed, you can also Change and Re-Authorize your Mautic Account.

To connect your WooCommerce store to your Mautic account, you will need to fill in the Mautic Base URL, Mautic Client ID, and Mautic Secret ID fields.

To generate your set of Mautic API keys, navigate to Mautic Settings.

• Go to Configuration > API Settings.
• Click on API Enabled and Enable HTTP basic auth toggle button. Enable both.

Note: If you don’t enable these options, the API Credentials setting won’t appear in your Mautic CRM.

• Enable those toggles. Then, go to the API Credentials section to start with the new APP.

• Click on New to create a fresh APP in Mautic

Start creating a new APP by filling valid credentials. Select OAuth2 for authorization protocol. Enter a new Name for the APP and Redirect URI.

• Your Redirection URL will be: https://your-site-url/wp-admin/admin.php

• Save the APP and you will get the keys for the connection. Use the keys as shown in the image.

By default, the refresh token is valid for 14 days. You can configure both Access and Refresh token lifetime via Mautic Settings > Configuration > API Settings. Once the refresh token expires, you will be required to manually reauthorize the connection. 

Note: It’s recommended that you increase the lifetime of an access token and refresh the token before connecting the extension to Mautic to avoid manual reauthorization.

• After generating your set of API keys, navigate to Mautic Settings > Configuration > General Settings to get your Mautic Base URL. 
• Your Site URL is your Mautic Base URL.

Navigate back to the Mautic Integration for Woo plugin settings page (WP Admin > WooCommerce > Mautic > Connect). Enter your Mautic Base URL, Mautic Client ID, and Mautic Secret ID, and select Authorize.

You will then be redirected to Mautic and prompted to connect your account. Click Accept.

Mautic Integration for WooCommerce will now be successfully connected to your Mautic account. 

Note: Please ensure all details (connection status, account email, and token renewal) are present under the Connect tab. 

If any of those details are missing, you will need to clear your Mautic cache and will have to set up the connection again. For more information about clearing cache, please refer to the troubleshooting guide.

Once you have successfully connected your Mautic account, you’ll be prompted to create custom fields in your Mautic account. Custom fields will help you to segment your WooCommerce customers.

Select the segments you want to create in your Mautic Account. Click on Start Setup. Once you click, the Mautic plugin will start creating segments.

Once you’re done with the Segments tab, you can move to the Coupon codes tab. This section will help you generate coupons which your WooCommerce customers can redeem to get discounts.

Here you can set the rules to generate Dynamic Coupons Codes. Dynamic Coupon Codes are single-use coupon codes that are generated on the customer’s current RFM rating.

• Set the RFM rating on which coupon to be generated.
• Set the name of the coupon code.
• Set the amount of the discount you want to offer with this coupon code.
• Select the coupon type as like Percentage/Fixed Cart/Fixed.
• Set to allow free shipping for the coupon.
• Set the days for coupon expiration.

Note: You can add multiple rules in this tab by clicking Add New Rules to generate different coupons on different conditions.

After setting the rules, click on the Save Changes button to save your rule.

This section shows the details of the coupons you’ve generated.

This section helps you to send the coupons to all the customers of selected Mautic Segments.

• Select one or more segments to send the coupon.
• Select a coupon you’ve created and want to send to your customers who belong to the segment(s) you’ve selected.

If you want the coupon to be added to the orders automatically, select Yes otherwise No in the Auto Upload option.

You can sync your WordPress user’s field to your Mautic account. Just create a custom field on Mautic. And map it with your existing WordPress user meta field to send the data on Mautic.

Select the fields and click on Save Changes and proceed further.

RFM settings allow you to assign a score to your customers on the behalf of their buying frequency, the number of products bought, and the monetary value they’ve spent. You can assign a score on a scale of 1 to 5 and run campaigns as per their score. Admin can change these settings as per their needs.

After changing the settings click on Save Changes and move further.

One-click sync helps you to sync all the historical customer data you had before you installed this plugin.

• Click on Enable/Disable checkbox to turn On/Off this setting.
• Select the User Role(s) to sync the data of those users who belong to that role. If you don’t add any role, user data of all roles will be synced in your Mautic CRM.
• Select the order statuses to sync the data of different orders. If you don’t select any order. Then, in this case data of every order status will be synced.
• You can select the date span of the data you want to sync over Mautic CRM integration with From date and Upto date setting.

After adding all the details, click on Save Changes.

In the Abandoned Cart tab, you can manage all the activities related to abandoned carts on your WooCommerce store.

You can change the abandoned cart settings in this section.

• Enable Abandoned Cart Sync: If you want to sync your abandoned cart data, click on the checkbox.
• Cart timer: This setting will allow you to choose the time duration in minutes. The customers’ abandoned cart data will be updated in your Mautic CRM after this specified duration. The minimum value is 5 minutes. For example, if you choose 10 minutes, your customers’ abandoned cart data will be updated after every 10 minutes.
• Delete Data After(Days): Here you can select the number of days. Your customer data will be deleted from your WooCommerce account after the number of days you’ve selected.
• Delete Coupon After(Days): You can set the number of days after which the generated coupon for abandoned carts will delete automatically.
• Save Cart HTML In Encoded Format: Select Yes to Save abandoned cart product HTML in encoded format.
• Enable Qty display in Abandoned product HTML: Tick this option setting to sync the product quantity
• Enable Image display in Abandoned product html: Tick this option to sync the product image

Note: To show the product image the “Save Cart HTML in the Encoded” option should be set to “Yes”

Click on Save Settings to save your changes. Move further to the next step.

In this section, you can set up the coupon code settings for the abandoned cart.

• Enable Abandoned Cart Coupon Generation: Enable this setting to generate coupons on abandoned carts for your customers as well as guest users.
• Minimum Cart Amount: This feature lets you set the minimum amount of the cart to issue abandoned cart coupon codes.
• Coupon Code: Enter the coupon code or coupon name here that you wish to offer to your customers with abandoned carts. You can also enter the prefix of the coupon so that each coupon that is randomly generated contains the same prefix. 
• Coupon Discount Amount: In here, enter the coupon discount amount. For example, if you want to lend a coupon with a discount value of 10, then you must enter 10 in the adjacent textbox. 
• Allow Free Shipping: Tick the checkbox against this setting to allow free shipping with coupon codes on abandoned carts.
• Coupon Discount Type: Select the type of discount you wish to offer with the coupons from here. You can either go for a percentage discount like 10% off or a fixed discount type like flat $10 off.  
• Coupon Expiry (in days): Set the coupon’s expiry date validations with this feature. For example, you want the customer to redeem the coupon code within 10 days from the date of the offering. Then, you can simply enter value 10 in the textbox against the setting.

Click on Save Changes to save your selected settings. 

In this tab, you can add multiple rules to assign a particular tag. So that you can specific user activity or order status. Here you get two sections.

• User Activity Tag Assignment: Select a user’s activity and enter a tag that will be added to that user activity.
• Order Activity Tag Assignment: Select order status and enter a tag that will be added to that order activity.

You can change the settings of Mautic Integration for WooCommerce in this tab. You will get two sections here.

• Enable Plugin: Click on the checkbox to enable the automatic data sync.
• Enable Logging: Click on the checkbox to enable the plugin sync log creation. It will help in debugging the errors.
• Sync orders with statuses: The order with the selected order status only will be synced over Mautic CRM. If you don’t select any, all order status data will be synced.
• Sync users with the role: The data will be synced to the Mautic only with the selected user role.
• Add Tags to contacts: Segregate your customers on their previous shopping patterns and behaviors by adding tags to each contact. The following tags are included with this plugin – 
  • SKUs Bought: Add tags to contacts on the basis of the product SKUs bought.  
  • Categories Bought: Add tags to contacts in terms of categories of the products that your customer bought. 
  • Products Bought: Tag your customers buying specific products with this tag.  
  • Customer Group/User Role: Add tags to contacts based on their user role like the registered user, guest user, subscriber, etc.  
  • Products Attribute: Tag customers buying products based on the product attributes like size, color, etc.   
• Custom Tags: Enter one or more tags to assign each contact synced by the plugin.
• Disable Custom Fields: Select one and more fields you don’t want to be synced over Mautic.
• Preferred Sync Method: Select a Sync method for your data. You can choose between Real-time Sync that will sync your data instantly or every 5 minutes that’ll sync your data every 5 minutes. However, your abandoned cart data will still be synced every 5 minutes.
• Add marketing checkbox: If you want your customers to accept marketing and promotional content, select Yes, otherwise No.
• Marketing checkbox label text: Enter the text that will be displayed after the marketing checkbox.

• Switch to a new Mautic account: Click to change your current Mautic account and switch to a new one.
• Update Mautic Custom fields: Click to Update Mautic Custom Fields.

The Mautic Integration for WooCommerce plugin enables to create dynamic segments based on tags.

1. Customer Group/User Role- If you select the option Customer Group/ User Role, then a list of options will appear having Select user as a tag as option. In case if you select a specific user role, then only those users will get the tag of user name.
2. Products Bought- If you select the option Products Bought, then a list of options will appear having Select product as a tag option.
3. Categories Bought: If you select the option Categories Bought, then a list of options will appear having Select category as a tag option.
4. SKU’s Bought: If you select the option SKUs Bought, then a list of options will appear having Select SKU as a tag option.

You can select users based on their roles, products, categories and SKUs based on their names.

• Create Segment For User based Tags: 

You can create segments Dynamically by adding the name, alias, and user role list in the select field. The users are listed only those you can choose in the option Select User as tags.

• Create Segment For Products Name based Tags:

• Create Segment For SKUs based Tags: 

You can create segments Dynamically by adding the name, alias, and SKU list in the select field. The SKUs are listed only those you can choose in the option Select SKU’s as tags.

• Create Segment For Attributes based Tags: 

You can create segments Dynamically by adding the name, alias, and SKU list in the select field. The attributes are listed only those you can choose in the option Select Attributes as tags.

Site Tracking helps you to track the user activities on your website. Just embed a Mautic Tracking Code on your website to get what your users see on your website.

Note: Navigate to Settings > Configuration > Tracking Settings to get your Mautic Tracking Code.

In this section, you can check all the error logs of the plugin and download the log if needed.

Mautic Integration for WooCommerce allows you to inject the tracking script either in Header or Footer as per your choice. 

For this, go to the Site Tracking setting of the plugin. From Script Location, choose Header or Footer where you want to inject your tracking script.

For getting the Tracking Code, go to Tracking Settings from the Configuration setting of the Mautic CRM.

Then, after copying it, paste this tracking code without script tag. And finally click on the Save to inject it either in Header or Footer.

In the Mautic Integration for WooCommerce plugin, you will be able to render Mautic forms on your websites by using the Shortcodes. 

From the Mautic Forms of the plugin settings, View and Edit– details, fields, and actions of your mautic forms. Inject Shortcodes in order to render the Mautic form on your website. With the help of Form ID of Mautic attached in Shortcodes, the Mautic forms will be listed.

From the Component setting of the Mautic CRM, go to the Forms section. Here, you will be able to view all the Mautic Forms submitted on your website.

If you click on View Results of any particular form, you will be able to view all the details such as Submission ID, Contact ID, Date Submitted, IP address, email, and age.

Mautic Integration for WooCommerce enables you to sync all your contact form 7 submission data to Mautic in accordance with the field mappings.

Feeds

Select CF7 Form in the Feed Tab, and associate its field with form. Click on the Add Feeds button to get started.

Feed Details: In this section, you can select the specific CF7 Form with which you want to sync the data. 

Simply follow these steps:

• Under the Feed details, click on the Select CF7 Forms drop down to select the form you require.
• From the Select Object dropdown you can select object- contacts, company to associate with the selected form. 

Map Fields: From the Map Fields Section, you can map Mautic fields to your CF7 form field. There are two field types: Standard value and custom value.

Add New Fields: You can introduce new fields to the selected CF7 form by using this Add New Field Setting.

Conditional Statements

The Conditions Filter can be applied on forms to filter out specific form submission as per your business demands. The form submission data will be sent over Mautic only if it meets the applied conditions. 

You can apply AND/OR conditions to your forms. If the CF7 form submissions don’t meet the required conditions, then no logs will be created for those submissions.

Logs

A log entry is automatically updated upon all successful form submissions. You can expand the log entry and view the details of form submissions as well as the response from Mautic.

To view the details of a log entry, Follow these steps: 

• Move to Logs.
• Click on the Expand button to see the log details 
• Click on the expanded log’s Mautic ID to see the data created over Mautic.

The Request section contains the users form submission details and the Response section shows the response from Mautic.

Settings

The Settings tab contains four sub settings- Enable logs, Plugin data, Email notification, Delete logs after N days to control the major features of Mautic Integration for WooCommerce.

Enable Logs: Click on the Enable Logs toggle to automate the creation of logs upon successful CF7 form submissions. 

Plugin Data: If you want to delete all the plugin data from your WordPress database upon plugin uninstallation, enable the Plugin Data toggle. 

Email Notification: You will receive email notification whenever any error occurs in the API interaction during the CF7 form submissions. To enable this feature, click on the Email Notification toggle. 

By default, the error notification will be sent to your WordPress account email, but you can enter any other email address to receive notification on. You can visit your email inbox to view respective error email notifications. 

Delete Logs After N Days: You can delete the form submission logs after N days. After the set number of days are over, the logs will automatically be deleted in bulk. To set schedule the deletion, follow these steps:

• Go to Settings tab > Delete logs after N days. 
• Enter the number of days after which you want the logs to delete. 
• Click on Save to save your changes.

Note: By default, the logs are set to delete after 7 days. So, you can only enter a number  greater than or equal to 7.

The WooCommerce Mautic Integration is compatible with the WooCommerce Subscription Plugin. When you activate the subscription plugin, 11 custom fields are automatically created in the Mautic Custom fields section, which allows you to sync the WooCommerce subscription order data over to the Mautic CRM.

You can easily sync data regarding Subscription Order Number, Status, Order Creation Date, Billing Period, and more.

The Mautic Integration for WooCommerce seamlessly integrates with the Events Tickets Manager Pro plugin by WP Swings. This compatibility offers a complete solution for managing your WooCommerce store and events.

Events Tickets Manager Pro allows you event ticket personalization, layout creation, and product category addition. It enables quick event creation, customer notifications, and ticket delivery via email. The data inputs are taken from the events plugin and then synced to Mautic.

Troubleshooting Guide of Mautic Integration for WooCommerce.

1. Getting an error “I’m sorry! I couldn’t find the page you were looking for” while the connection was set up.

This error is due to an invalid client id, client secret, or Mautic base URL. Refer to the Mautic app setup guide provided at the connection tab of the plugin. So that you can get credentials from your Mautic dashboard.

Please cross-check all details and try again.

2- Getting “500 internal server error” while connection setup.

Check if you have entered the correct redirect URL while generating your API keys.

It should be “https://your-wp-base-url/wp-admin/admin.php”.

Please check and update your API settings. Try to make the connection again.

3- Getting “site is currently offline” while connection setup.

Please check the directory permission of the cache and log directories of your Mautic installation. They should have read and write permissions.

If they already have the read and write permissions and the issue is still there. Then, please provide them with the execute permission as well.

After setting up the permissions, clear your Mautic cache and try to set up the connection.

4- Getting “Error in creating a field” or “Something went wrong” while creating custom fields or contact segments.

This error occurs due to Mautic cache or incorrect directory permissions. Please clear your Mautic cache and set up the right directory permissions and try again.

5- How to clear the Mautic cache?

There are several ways to do that.

In version 2.x

• The easiest is to navigate to the folder, where your Mautic is set up and follow this path: path-to-mautic/app/.
• You will find the cache folder there. Delete its content or just rename the current cache folder to something like cache_bkup or _cache.
• Through terminal command: navigate to the Mautic root folder and then run the following command- php app/console cache:clear.

In version 4.x 

• The easiest way is to navigate to the folder where your Mautic is set up and follow this path: path-to-mautic/var/.
• You will find the cache folder there. Delete its content or just rename the current cache folder to something like cache_bkup or _cache.

6- Cleared the cache but the issue is still there.

It might happen that the files won’t generate themselves. It can be caused by the wrong folder permission. Mautic doesn’t have permission to write the new cache files. Contact your sysadmin and ask him to fix it for you.

7- Setup is completed but contacts are not showing up in Mautic. 

Please check the “preferred sync method” setting in the settings tab of the plugin. If it is selected as “In every 5 minutes”. Then check if the scheduled action “mauwoo_cron_schedule” is set up and working fine. You can use any cron manager plugin for verifying the scheduled action.

8- Setup is completed but abandoned cart contacts are not syncing.

Abandoned cart sync works every 5 minutes on scheduled action “mauwoo_cron_schedule”. Please check it is set up correctly and working fine.

9- Contact syncing is working fine but some fields are not capturing the data.

Please check if you haven’t disabled those fields via the setting provided in the settings tab of the plugin. If they are not disabled then check the log file in the error tracking tab of the plugin.

Check for the Process: Updating or Creating a user’s data and its response. If you notice any message like “This value is not valid.”, please update your custom fields from advanced settings from the settings menu. This should update your custom field values and contact sync should work fine after that.

10- Contacts are showing up in Mautic but segments are not updating. All segments have 0 contacts.

If you are using self-hosting Mautic. Then, you will need to set up Mautic cron jobs for segments. Our plugin only creates segments in Mautic. Contacts will be assigned by Mautic itself in every cron execution.

Keap Integration for WooCommerce lets you connect your WooCommerce store with the Keap CRM formerly known as Infusionsoft. Using the keap integrations plugin, you can sync your orders data, products, and contacts data with the CRM with merely two clicks.

• Download the .zip file from your WooCommerce account.
• Log into your WordPress Dashboard and navigate to Plugins > Add New.
• Click on the Upload Plugin button on top and upload the zip file of the plugin.
• Install the plugin and click Activate to get started.
• To start using the plugin, you need to authorize the connection between WooCommerce and Keap.
• Visit the Keap Integration for WooCommerce Setup Guide to connect, authorize and do the initial setup for this CRM integration for the Integration with Keap for WooCommerce plugin.

Below is the setup guide to connect, authorize, and do the initial setup for this Infusion CRM. This step will walk you through the complete setup process- installation, authentication, and initial setup steps.

1. Install and activate the keap integrations plugin on your dashboard. The following tab will appear once you open the settings.

2. Click on the Connect Your Account button to open the API credentials form as shown below. You need to enter the Client ID and Secret ID in the space provided.

11. You will see your WooCommerce Products syncing first.

14. If you think that your products, contacts, and/or or orders might take longer than your expected time, you can click on the Skip For Now button at any moment and continue to view your dashboard.

For WooCommerce Stores with Large Number of Orders

15. When you click on the Start Sync button you will be prompted with a dialog box seeking permission to either Initiate Sync or Skip sync. As data sync over Keap CRM is a time taking process, we recommend you to click on the Skip button.

16. If you Initiate Sync, only your products will be synced. If you Skip this step, you can right away go to your dashboard. Although, it is mandatory to synchronize the products firsthand for the smooth functioning of the WooCommerce integration plugin after your setup. 

[In case, you miss the product and contact synchronization, your product ID and contact ID will go missing during order sync. Therefore, it is advised to synchronize products mandatorily]

17. Click on View Dashboard to start using your keap integrations plugin. 

1. You can view the contacts, products, and orders that are successfully synchronized over Keap on the dashboard.
2. To re-establish the connection with the Keap CRM App, click on the Reauthorize button. 
3. To disconnect the Keap integration plugin with your infusionsoft CRM, click on the Disconnect button.

1. Feeds allow you to create a set of rules to define how to integrate WooCommerce data over Keap CRM. how your WooCommerce data will be synced over Keap CRM. There are 3 different default feeds provided with the integration for Keap for WooCommerce plugin, namely,

2. To add a new feed using WooCommerce objects, click on the Add Feeds button. Add the title of the new feed in the space provided

• Select Object: select the WooCommerce object that you mean to sync your data for, over Keap CRM. 

• Add New Field: Using this setting in the Keap integration plugin, you can add a new field in a given feed. It will allow you to add that field to the corresponding feed.

• Lead Source: This setting will help you to add the source. You can add a source by which the lead is reaching your site.

• Primary Field: Select the primary key to update the record using this setting.

• Select Event: The event that you select here will trigger the data synchronization for the particular field.

• Conditional Filter: You can use conditional filters, including the “OR” and “AND” filters when customizing feeds to sync data at your convenience. You can select the “field” & “condition”, as per your convenience.

3. Click on the Publish/ Update button in the right panel. Click on Back to Feeds to go back to your Keap CRM dashboard.

There are two settings for Data Sync- Bulk Data Sync or One-Click Sync. 

1. Bulk Data Sync:

This setting allows you to synchronize all the data at once, including historical data for a particular feed. 

Select Woo Object Type from the given dropdown menu. Select Feed- either a default feed or a newly added feed. Click on the Start Sync button to start syncing.

2. One-Click Sync:

Using this setting, you can save your time by syncing only the new or failed objects.

Select Woo Object Type from the given dropdown menu. Select Feed- either a default feed or a newly added feed. Click on the Start Sync button to start syncing

Using data sync logs, you can easily spot errors in synchronization. You can add a filter in the log table to easily filter all the data of keap objects i.e. Contacts, Sales_Orders, and Products. Each log mentions the following details:

• Feed: Under this head, you will be able to find the feed for which the respective data was synced.
• Woo Object: You can view the WooCommerce object for the corresponding log.

• Woo Object ID: This field displays the ID of the respective WooCommerce object.

• Keap Object: View the synced Keap object for the corresponding log.

Keap Object ID: This field displays the ID of the respective Keap object

1. To start syncing the tags, switch on the toggle button for Enable Tag sync. This is a mandatory setting to sync any tags over the Keap CRM.
2. If you want to avoid syncing tags manually for your product updates, turn on the toggle switch for Enable Tag on instant sync. Please note that your tags will still sync without this setting manually.
3. To sync your ‘products bought’ tags, turn on the toggle switch for Enable Products Bought Tags.
4. To sync your ‘product SKUs’ tags, turn on the toggle switch for Enable Products SKUs Tags.
5. To sync your ‘product type’ tags, turn on the toggle switch for Enable Products Type Tags.
6. To sync your ‘order statuses’ tags, turn on the toggle switch for Enable Order Statuses Tags
7. Click on the Save button. 

1. Switch on the toggle button to Enable instant sync of your WooCommerce data over the Keap CRM dashboard.
2. Use the toggle switch to Disable/ Enable logging.
3. Enter the number of days in which you want to delete your log in the space provided for Delete log after x days.
4. Wipe Data on Disconnect: Enabling this toggle in the Settings tab will erase all the sync history once you disconnect the integration with your Keap CRM.
5. Enable Error Reporting: Enabling this feature in the Settings tab will let the admins receive emails for any errors while adding a new product for syncing. 
6. Enter email: The admin can enter the email ID in this box, on which he wishes to receive the mentioned error reporting emails.
7. Product Deletion From Woo to Keap: This setting allows the admins to delete products from keap if it is deleted from WooCommerce. Also, the product will update as “inactive” on keap when the product is put in the trash on WooCommerce, and the status becomes “active” on keap when the product is restored. If the product is “permanently deleted” it will also be deleted from keap. This functionality will also delete the variations of the variable product from keap if you delete it from WooCommerce.
8. Product Deletion From Keap to Woo:  This setting allows the admins to delete products from WooCommerce if it is deleted from Keap.The product will be moved to “trash” if it is “inactive” on keap, the product will be “restored” if the status is changed to “active” on keap, and it will be “permanently deleted” from WooCommerce if it is deleted from keap. This functionality will also delete the variations of the variable product from WooCommerce if you delete it from keap.

Stop Failed orders syncing to keap

The failed order status in the Keap WooCommerce integration plugin will be shown when a customer has placed an order but due to payment failure or wrong details, the order gets failed or canceled. 

Shipping and Tax Syncing

With this feature for keap integration for WooCommerce plugin, admins will now be in a position to sync their Shipping, Shipping tax, and Taxes with different order items.

Now you can also connect your Zoho CRM account with a Canada domain.

Proceed to the next step in the plugin’s integration procedure.

Click on Accept button in the above step to enable WP Swings access over your Zoho account data and help with the integration process.

The very next step involves the actual integration process with the help of credentials offered. The required details that need to be filled in here involve Client ID, Secret ID, Zoho Domain & Redirect URL. Enter all the details in the respective fields and proceed by clicking the Authorize button.

The very next step involves creating feeds. If you want to initiate the integration process with all the default feeds listed then hit on the Create Feeds button and proceed with the flow.

After you create the feeds you’ll be prompted to create Abandoned Cart feeds  and its object.

You can create Abandoned cart objects, fields, and feed from here or you can create them manually later.

After the creation of the abandoned cart object, fields and feed you can move to the next setup.

In this step, you’ll be asked to sync all your products from the Zoho CRM or you can skip this part and sync later.

After clicking on the sync all product option, you’ll be prompted with 2 options, instant sync and bulk sync.

You can choose any of the options to sync your product, we’ll talk about these features later in the documentation.

This is the end of your integration initial settings. After the feed creation, you’ll be automatically redirected to the next page.

Lastly, after completing all the required processes you’ll be redirected to the Plugin’s actual dashboard, which looks like the page below.

This is the very next tab in the plugin backend section, this involves you creating feeds that control the overall data synchronization process for your WooCommerce objects.

The 4 default feeds respectively, Sales Order, Deals, Contact, and Products are provided here.

These feeds enable your WooCommerce store to synchronize data from your transactions over Zoho CRM. Two other options are also available here, described below-

• Add Field- From this, you can also create customized feeds in  CRM to send data from those other objects.

This is the next tab in the plugin backend that serves the data synchronization purpose for your WooCommerce store over Zoho This tab offers two data synchronization methods, namely-

Bulk Data Sync- This type of synchronization process involves historical data sync. You can easily make use of this feature available in the plugin if you supposedly contain a large amount of historical data. 

As the name suggests, the feature offers easy bulk data synchronization. You just need to provide The specific Object and the respective Feed associated with that in order to get started with the process.

Furthermore you can also set the Date Range to sync the bulk data

One-Click Sync- This type of synchronization process lets you easily sync all your missed or failed data and assists you successfully completing your data recording process.

Due to network or other constraints, procedures might miss or fail to record(newly added data) a few data chunks while recording data from your WooCommerce store utilizing Zoho CRM.

Simply navigate to the Data Sync tab in the plugin’s backend and select your specified Object and associated Feed to get started synchronizing your existing or newly added data over Zoho using these two alternatives.

Fetch Products From Zoho To WooCommerce- Fetch Products from Zoho to WooCommerce feature helps you bring products from Zoho CRM directly into your WooCommerce store. 

This is the very next tab available in the plugin backend, which offers a detailed log table of all your data transactions performed. 

This detailed report of your sync logs contains descriptive data about the errors that were generated based on various defined criteria like Objects, Object ID, Feed, and so on. Log data consists of an error filter, along with that there are other specifical controls available here in this section i.e. Reload for sync data refresh without reloading the page, Clear Log for deleting the synced log data, and Download for easy downloading the synced data for further use.

This can be a useful tool for assisting you in having a clear knowledge and analysis of all your recorded transactions, as well as telling you a lot about what went wrong so you can quickly find out the problems and troubleshoot.

This is the last tab in the plugin backend section, that offers effective setup options for the plugin features and functionality. It includes setting options like-

• Enable Instant Sync- This is the toggle-based feature that offers easy enabling/ disabling of the Instant Sync feature of the plugin.

• Delete Log after X Days- This setting option allows you to input the specified number of days after which you want your Logs data to be cleared automatically.
• Wipe Complete data on Disconnect- This is a toggle-based feature that lets you simply enable or disable the thorough deletion of plugin-related data while disconnecting.

Two-Way Sync for Products and Order Status– Enabling these toggles would allow you to sync the respective status from the Woo Zoho Integration plugin which is requested in the setting. Let’s understand in detail-

• Synchronize Product Stock in WooCommerce- If you enable this toggle button to ON, it will allow you to sync your Product Stock related data from Zoho CRM to WooCommerce with ease or swiftly utilizing the Woo Zoho CRM Plugin only.

• Synchronize Order Status in WooCommerce – If you enable this toggle ON, whenever an Order’s Status is changed in the Zoho CRM, it will sync and reflect over your WooCommerce store as well.

As you turn ON the Synchronize Order Status in WooCommerce toggle On you’ll see an additional set of fields titled under—-Map Zoho Order Status to WooCommerce Order Status.

This extra field involves the input of the Zoho Order Statuses with respect to the Woo Order Statuses at each stage likewise the Created, Approved, Delivered & Canceled. Just fill out the respective order statuses given and hit the Save button to continue further.

• Enable Data Log- This is a toggle-based functionality that allows you to easily enable/disable the Log table data in the plugin’s Logs.

In order to perform the actual process out of the integration, you need to create feeds first and map them with Zoho CRM modules.

Although 6 default feeds i.e. Contacts, Organization, Opportunity, Lead, Assignments, and Projects are already created while installing the plugin automatically. 

Even though you require it, you can easily create custom feeds utilizing the Create Feeds button in the Feeds tab. Let me guide you through the feed creation process in detail here-

Initially, provide a specific name for your feed, that sounds relevant in the Add Title text field given-

These feeds have different options, so you can simply regulate data synchronization using your feed settings. 

The following are some of the feed customization options available-

This option allows us to easily select the WooCommerce Object whose meta fields you want to transfer to Zoho object fields.

This is the list of default objects available in the dropdown given for the Select-Object field, Do refer to the screenshot below-

This setup option comprises a thorough feed mapping process that proceeds with the selecting of the object type, i.e. the Zoho modules you would like to associate to your Feed.

The default WooCommerce meta, as well as the relevant object field, will be recommended instantly. Aside from that, you can Add/Delete/Modify the appropriate fields. Retrieve and add accounts in the case of products.

Using the Zoho CRM Integration for Woo, you add fields to sync product tag data upon any order placed in the product module of Zoho CRM. 

• Go to any product feed
• Click on add new or modify an existing field
• Click on the Field Value drop-down 
• Select Product tags.

Save the changes to your feed. Afterward, all product tags will be sent to Zoho CRM after order placement.

Using the Zoho CRM Integration for Woo, you add fields to sync order notes. 

• Go to any product feed
• Choose the Purchase Order Object
• Click on the Field Value drop-down 
• Select Order Notes

You can map fields to collect the total amount paid on complete orders and sync it to the Orders and Contacts objects in the Zoho CRM. It allows you to keep track of the total value of completed orders of any users.

While mapping the fields, select the Total Spent By User as the field value to sync the total order value data.

By applying conditional filters on the feeds you can make sure that the data will sync over Zoho CRM only if the set conditions are met

You can select the fields and type of condition and then add the values to determine your condition. Also, you can add multiple AND OR filters in your condition.

With the Zoho CRM Integration plugin, you can set up sequential events to sync data in a specific order. This means one type of data will sync only after another sync is completed.

How Sequential Sync Works

• You can create feeds that sync different types of data, like Contacts, Deals, and Sales Orders.
• Some feeds can be set to run after another feed has finished syncing.
• This helps keep your data organized and linked properly in Zoho CRM

Example: Setting Up a Sequential Event

Consider the following setup:

1. Default Contacts Feed
   • Object: Contacts
   • Event: Triggered when a new order is created
   • Primary Field: Email
2. Default Deals Feed
   • Object: Deals
   • Event: Triggered on order status change
   • Primary Field: Deal_Name
3. Default Sales Order Feed (Configured as a sequential event)
   • Object: Sales Orders
   • Event: After Default Deals Feed (i.e., triggers after the Deals Feed sync is completed)
   • Primary Field: Subject

In this case, the Default Sales Order Feed will only sync after the Default Deals Feed is executed. This ensures that sales orders are linked to the correct deals and contacts, maintaining data consistency in Zoho CRM.

To transmit User Role Data to Zoho CRM through the Integration with Zoho CRM, follow these instructions:

1. Opt to create a new field or modify an existing one within Zoho CRM.
2. Click on the “Field Value” dropdown menu.
3. Choose the User Role value. 
4. Save the modifications made to your field configuration.

By executing these steps, Zoho CRM will seamlessly receive User Role Data upon order placement, enhancing the synchronization of crucial user information for effective management and access control.

As the store administrator, you can assign roles to your users to fulfill specific operational needs. You can sync these WP user roles to Zoho modules using our Woo Zoho Integration.

As an Admin, you can easily sync extra user details such as login info, passwords, usernames, URLs, activation keys, and more.

This makes managing users in one place and keeping track of their information a breeze.

You can create fields in the contact feed and map them to Zoho CRM to sync the user’s IP address and browser information.

These fields will be efficiently synced to Zoho CRM as shown in the below screenshot.

With Zoho CRM integration, you can synchronize multiple coupon details such as the coupon amount, type, and code.

Just select the respective fields and you are good to go.

To sync coupon discounts in line items enable the “Sync coupon discount in line items” from the Settings tab. After enabling the Discount line item settings you can show the coupon amount details parallel to each line item.

Note: If not enabled the discount will sync in parallel to the total and subtotal fields

This helps in clearer breakdowns of discounts applied, and improved order comprehension.

Update Product Stock When The Order is Synced.

If you want to update the product stock when the order is synced, you can do this by enabling the  “Reduce the stock quantity of a product when order is placed” from the Setting Tab. 

After that Zoho CRM integration will automatically update the product stock when the order is synced.

Sync Product Categories From Zoho

CRM integration for wooocmmerce plugin has the feature to sync categories between zoho and woocommerce

When a product is updated from zoho, the plugin checks for missing categories if any category is missing it automatically is created and assigned to the product during syncing process.

If you want to update the product stock when the order is synced, you can do this by enabling the  “Reduce the stock quantity of a product when order is placed” from the Setting Tab.

After that Zoho CRM integration will automatically update the product stock when the order is synced.

Sync Tax Details feature provides users with flexible options to control how tax values are captured and reflected in the Sales order object, either alongside individual order items or in parallel with the subtotal.

This applied tax is not directly linked to any specific product but is calculated on the order total during checkout.

Steps to Configure Sync Tax Details

Follow these steps to configure the tax synchronization settings:

Access Sync Tax Settings:

• Go to your plugins Settings section.
  
• Locate the Sync Tax Details .
  

Enable/Disable Tax Sync Options:

• Synchronize tax in order line items: Toggle this ON to sync tax details in order inline items.
  
• Synchronize tax in parallel to subtotal: Toggle this ON to sync the total tax amount alongside the subtotal instead of at the line-item level.
  

And finally, Save Changes.

Stock Keeping Units (SKUs) are essential identifiers that help manage product inventory, sales tracking, and order fulfillment. The Synchronize SKU in Sales Order feature ensures that the SKU of each product included in a customer’s order is accurately synced and recorded in the corresponding Sales order line items.

Navigate to the settings section and toggle this option on if you want to sync SKU details in order items under the Sales Order Object.

You can toggle these two options from the settings to enable Two way deletion of product between WooCommerce and Zoho CRM

After enabling the first option, When you move a product to the trash in your WooCommerce store, it automatically becomes inactive in Zoho CRM. 

Similarly, after enabling the second option, if a product is marked as inactive in Zoho CRM, it will be moved to the trash in WooCommerce. 

The same synchronization applies to restoration: if you restore a product from the trash in WooCommerce, it will become active again in Zoho CRM, and vice versa. 

Please note: if you delete a product entirely from either Zoho CRM or WooCommerce, it will be permanently deleted from both platforms.

If you’ve created campaigns in your Zoho CRM, they will appear in the ‘Associate Campaign’ section under a feed. You can link a contact or lead to one or more campaigns and easily sync your leads and contacts to those campaigns.

We have added an option to associate an owner to a module, in your desired feed, scroll down to see the Add Owner section, click on the “enable to add owner button”

All the owners created in Zoho will be shown. Select the desired owner, and you’re good to go.

Our Zoho CRM Integration for WooCommerce plugin has the feature to automatically associate contacts with abandoned carts. This feature ensures that whenever a logged-in customer abandons their shopping cart, the related customer information is synced with Zoho CRM, along with the cart details.

Example Use Case:

• Suppose a registered customer adds products worth $150 to their cart but exits the store without completing checkout. 
• With this feature: The cart is marked as abandoned. The customer’s profile (e.g., John Doe, johndoe@email.com) is automatically linked to this cart.
• In Zoho CRM, your sales or marketing team will now see an abandoned cart record tied to John Doe, making it easier to send him a reminder email or offer a discount to recover the sale

Product Sync From Zoho to WooCommerce: Enable this option to automatically sync products from Zoho to WooCommerce whenever changes are made to synced products in Zoho.

Product creation from Zoho to WooCommerce: Enable this option to automatically create products in WooCommerce when new products are added to Zoho.

These two features complete the functionality of 2-way synchronization between Zoho CRM and WooCommerce.

This option in the feeds mapping involves adding up a new within your feed to map further.

These are the respective field Add New Field options available in the dropdown given, check out the screenshot for more details-

Map Woo Order Statuses: This setting helps you map the order statuses of WooCommerce with Zoho order statuses. This makes sure the order status changes in Zoho CRM if it changes in WooCommerce.

This setting lets you send the purchased product data to Zoho CRM with the respective object’s data. For Example, if you enable this setting in the Orders feed, the products purchased in the orders will also sync over Zoho with the orders data.

Note: This setting appears on those fields where products can be associated.

This option is essential for avoiding repetition and redundancy during receiving data from your WooCommerce store to Zoho CRM.

For your data submissions, you only need to choose a Primary Field. Any unique identifier, such as an email address or a phone number, can be appended to the Primary Field.

This data field supports your CRM in identifying updates to your store’s records.

In this section of the select event settings, you must choose one event that can easily initiate your data synchronization procedure.

Essentially, Event settings should be used to record real-time data at each transaction.

This is all about the field mapping settings in the custom feeds section.

Note: You can easily minimize these processes, just click on Reset Default and that would thereby turn all feeds creation to auto-suggested mode.

This setting lets you set up the tax to make the products taxable.

To map your Zoho tax rates with WooCommerce products, follow these steps:

1. Go to WooCommerce Settings >> Tax section.
2. Create your tax rates for standard, reduced, and zero rates.
3. Map these WooCommerce tax rates to Zoho CRM.

If a tax rate is not showing in the Zoho tax rate section, create it in Zoho CRM first and then map it with the corresponding WooCommerce tax rate. This ensures easy mapping and synchronization of taxes.

This option of the plugin offers an easy Product/Shipping-related details update.

You can effectively set up your product’s shipping/order as a line item as well as create one shipping product defining the amount with respect to that utilizing the settings here.

A new feature has been added to sync your guests’ and logged-in users’ abandoned cart data with Zoho CRM. You can easily enable or disable this feature, set the cart abandonment time, delete abandoned cart data from your store after a specified period, and store the data in an HTML-encoded format. 

When you set up the plugin, an abandoned cart feed is created automatically, including all the respective fields.

However, you’ll also be able to skip the automatic creation and can create feeds manually.

1. Abandoned Cart Sync: Toggle this option to enable the abandoned cart syncing feature.
2. Cart Timer: Set the minimum waiting time before moving the cart to abandoned state.
3. Delete Data after (days): Specify the number of days after which the abandoned cart data will be deleted from your WooCommerce store. However, you can still access this data in your Zoho CRM.
4. Save Cart in HTML encoded format: Toggle this option to save the data in HTML encoded format

For more details about your abandoned carts, navigate to the Abandoned Cart lists section. Contact Form 7.

Here, you can view information such as the user’s email, user type (whether guest or logged-in), cart total amount, last updated time, cart status (active or abandoned), and sync status (whether the abandoned cart has been synced with Zoho CRM or not).
